Hello today I have been trying to email Wild Jacks about a problem and no reply then I even try to call them and they have a message saying that due to technical difficulties they are unable to answer the phone. In my opinion this is shameful everything is working fine to make a deposit but anything else they arent there especially on a Friday night when Im sure thats when most people gamble. Im so done with this place.

I think they have a problem with the word "temporary".

CS completely down for 48 to 72 hours at a stretch EVERY Damn weekend is wearing a bit thin. To find that ALL alternative points of contact are now involved, not just E-mail as before, and very frequently, really sucks!

what is eCOGRA going to do about 888's spamming? I know eCOGRA rarely deal with these issues in a public manner, that is part of the reason they are affective, but I feel the 888 issue is ridiculous especially if you compare the efficiency that the JF issue was dealt with, compared to the 888 issue.

Granted CM has rogued 888, but, considering the fact eCogra jumped all over JF and let 888 fly under the radar again, should raise a red flag. However it hasn't.

It's like saying Casino Bar is rigged but the management can be trusted!

Not that I've ever condoned JF for their action. In fact unlike some webmasters who are here giving praise to eCogra for taking the hard line on JF, I've actually removed them from my sites. Why haven't you? (you know who you are).

The biggest offenders are the ones who are listed under reputable portals at eCogra. Now that is funny!

This is not an eCOGRA thread but a dying JF thread but since you quoted me....I am not at any time going to cause a repeat of the WOL discussion which I feel is a plain childish all out attack towards eCOGRA. There is NO way I will remove my links of eCOGRA of my site as they still are an excellent organization with a fantastic track record as far as player issues are concerned and standards set towards the internal structure and organization of casinos. A few people are entertaining the conspiracy theories about eCOGRA I am not. If I was listed on their site as a reputable portal I would be proud of it. I am not however and envy those that are but I am not of the jealous kind so it will just stay envy.

Removing their links of your site just tells me you believe the crap so many let out verbally about them without thinking about it first in an objective manner. Shame really...

As far as the 888 issue are concerned I think it more a case of eCOGRA not understanding the full impact and damage spam has on misleading players and the public with their shotgun marketing strategies. That does not make them a bad organization just an ignorant one. However I believe they are having discussion with 888 about this issue as 888 is cooperating with the affiliates at CAP.
