Thinking about Nat and 3 card poker

I used to play 3 card poker with Nat the whole time. We would always make sure we had time for 3 card poker, no matter what was going on in our lives, especially after retirement when we generally had more time and more friends were available to join us for 3 card poker. Playing 3 card poker sort of became "our thing" and so when Nat died, I sort of stopped playing 3 card poker. Anyway, there were so many things I missed about Nat, that I hardly really thought about 3 card poker. At least, I hardly thought about 3 card poker until the first anniversary of his death came up. Then I thought about 3 card poker all day and cried a lot; I missed him so much.

I use 3 card poker for something positive

Well, I had spent most of the day crying and I wanted to stop. I decided instead that I must do something positive, rather than focusing on the negative. It was time to raise a glass to Nat's memory - that would have been what he wanted me to do anyway. So I got out a bottle of champagne I had been saving for some time, poured myself a glass, raised it to Nat and went off to join some friends for a game of 3 card poker.

Spearmaster or Jetset, do you have an email addy for ECogra that we could use? I would like to write and express my disgust at all of this, and I would strongly urge every single person here to do the same. And write to Jackpot Factory as well, if you haven't done so already.

Wouldn't the people who are trying to ban internet gaming in the US love to get their hands on this garbage? This totally gives credence to the whole "moral issue" argument.

Alison sent me Jackpot Factory SPAM (as snail mail) offering me all the "MAY BONUSES" that were available to me... I got this "wonderful offer" MAY 31st.

Maybe this offer was so late because Alison was too busy putting up "stories" on the Jackpot Factory websites...
