ok sorry I simplify the question, i win the bonus scrum promotion from InterCasino choosing New Zealand as the winner of the 2011 Rugby World Cup, I follow all the terms of the promotion, but after a week I have not yet received a prize of $ 500 and the support continues to make excuses and delay, there is someone else who has won this promotion and has not paid?

Hiya. Just to check, did you deposit and qualify in all the preceeding weekends before picking the final winner? Also, how exactly are they delaying? Are they saying they dont think you won, that it's just taking longer to pay winners than expected, or are they providing no excuses at all?

The more you tell us, the easier it will be to advise you I suggest you also post in Italian as well as English if you have any language problems. That way some of our Italian members can help.

yes i deposit and qualify in all the preceeding weekends before picking the final winner, and support say that can't make the 500$ prize coupon because have a technical problem and can't make the list of the winners but as soon as possible they try to resolve the problem...for me a week is a lot of time for make a list...

after another email to support finaly i get the 500$ prize coupon half happy because i read that the 500$ have a 35x wager not 1x wager of the original term of the promotion..for me is almost impossible to meet the wager and cash out something...but better that nothing..thanks IanO for help me you are very kind
