after another email to support finaly i get the 500$ prize coupon half happy because i read that the 500$ have a 35x wager not 1x wager of the original term of the promotion..for me is almost impossible to meet the wager and cash out something...but better that nothing..thanks IanO for help me you are very kind

If you are 100% SURE the original terms were WR x 1 (which I must admit, seems HIGHLY unlikely) - then you should NOT wager 1c until you get this issue resolved.
If those WERE the terms you should not let them get away with changing them after the event.
