When they first arrived on the scene there was a tech rep for Rival by the handle of RobRival who fixed some problems. However, the glitches were just too numerous and the problems were compounded by KK who had the knack of discovering even the most minute of glitches.

They processed several withdrawals some months ago and the biggest amount was more than 400€ and they never demanded a notarized ID. strange, isnt it?
Of course I will not get me a notarized ID because I guess it would cost more than 50€.
So now they save 50€ but their reputation gets damaged even more because I post this on online forums. I warned them of it but they did not listen. how stupid and dirty they are lol.
Here is an update: I sent a link to this thread to the customer support of Vegasregal and they replied that a notarized ID is not necessary but a pic of me holding my ID in my hand would be sufficient. So I sent a pic like that to them and then they processed my withdrawal and I have received my deposit of 50€ back. That is good news but still they stole my winnings because of a rule that was not there when I played there. They changed the terms retrospectively and they ignored my complaints so obviously Vegasregal is a scam site that should be avoided.
