32red - Cant forfeit the stupid bonus

Deposited $100, claimed the welcome bonus, without realizing that there is a stupid $6 max bet per hand. Played some blackjack and NEVER used the bonus, never got below my initial deposit, and won $200. Then I saw the max bet per hand thing and saw that I had cleared nothing of the bonus. So I wanted to forfeit the bonus and cashout my initial deposit and my winnings, but support says I cant do that, I have to clear the bonus (impossible) or forfeit my winnings.

Are they right? Can they do this? Nowhere in the T&C says that if I forfeit the bonus I forfeit the winnings. If I didnt use the bonus, why cant I just forfeit it? IT says in the T&C that if I want to withdraw the bonus I have to clear it, but it doesnt say anything about my deposit + winnings.

If you post up the terms then I'm sure people will take a look at them for you.

I think if casinos have a max bet imposed I think they ought to clearly indicate that to players before they start on the bonus. Hopefully that is the case at 32Red.

They do indicate it, its my fault I didnt see it. But what I want to know is why cant I just forfeit the bonus and keep my deposit + winnings. I played one session and didnt use the bonus money, why should I have to forfeit the money I won playing with my deposit?

Once you claim a bonus it is no longer seen as my money/bonus money but monies with wagering requirements. You feel you only used YOUR money when playing in the beginning...well..how can this be claimed when this money you played with was comingled with the bonus money and all monies have T&C's tied to it?

Think of it in terms of having ten pennies...and someone gives you 5 more to use ...once mixed up in your hand, which ones were which? There is no distinction just as when claiming a bonus..the monies are all umarked and indistinquishable and is stigmatized with the T&C's..so saying I played with just "my money" doesn't work anymore because ALL monies have terms tied to it once comingled and bonus accepted by you. No separation is done "after" the fact when winning by claiming I did not use the bonus money. How does one prove the bonus money wasn't the monies used to gain the winnings? You can't.

Sorry, but the casino is in the right to do as they choose on this since you were the one that did not read all the rules and ended up breaking the rules.

If a bonus was given or rather claimed then you are required to complete the wagering requirements, clear as that. You could have asked for the forfeiture of the bonus before you started playing but you didnt so even though you hadnt dipped into your bonus funds you had a cushion to fall on if you had lost placing you at a distinct advantage. I think 32 RED is right otherwise every player would simply claim a bonus and if they won simply forfeit the bonus and walk away with winnings whereas if they lost they still had bonus funds to claw back their losses.

It says in the T&C that it is separate:
"For any bet placed, funds are deducted from the players Cash Balance. If no cash is available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. Therefore the Bonus Balance is only played if there is no Cash Balance."

Yes and it all has T&C's attached including "your monies" once a bonus is claimed....

Did you violate the term that limits bets to $6? If you did, you will find additional wagering has been attached to your bonus. While this is bad, it's not like most places that will just void your winnings.

I think your only choice is to read the terms of the bonus, and follow them.

Good luck, maybe you will win even more before cashing out!

    bonus money..

Totally agree with others before me.. Before accepting any bonus you should look at terms and conditions if you go willy nilly ahead then you have yourself to blame..Sorry. It was only on Friday night that i deposited with 32 RED and asked live chat about the wr requirements before I accepted the 32 bonus.. on another occassion I accepted only to decise I didn't want it and they reversed it but that was before ANY play..
