City Tower Casino doesn't pay me 1730€

    Hi all,

    I need your help please.

I got a bonus for a deposit at the City Tower Casino. I read the gerneral terms and conditions for the bonus at the homepage and startet playing.
    http://www.citytowercasino.com/en/eu...-deposit-terms

At the end I had a balance of 2150€. I did the withdrawal and today they sent me an email, that I will only get 420€ because there is a Max-Cashout. (20 times)

They also said that they sent me an information email, with other terms and conditions which I didn't get.

So whats goinig on there? Why don't they put the right terms and conditions on their homepage? I would never take a bonus of 30% with a 20 times wagering requirement and a x20 cashout.

Am I in the wrong or not?

    Thanks everyone!

Yes, it sounds like you are wrong.
You should think yourself blooming lucky if they let you withdraw Dx20!
In the terms on the page YOU gave the link to it says:
"This bonus is given in good faith by CCity Tower Casino in order to familiarize yourself with what we have to offer, therefore, the winnings for this bonus are set to a maximum of ten (10X) times your deposit."

BTW, I've never heard of this casino, but I would be very wary of a place which can't even spell it's own name properly!

But this is for the 100% welcome bonus. It sounds like you got a special bonus of 30%. Paste the email or link to offer so we can read about the promo.

From their site : "www.citytowercasino.com is a site of Unimaster Ltd Cyprus"

Google tells me that Unimaster also owns or operates Crown Europe Casino and several others.

They write "one of the leading online casinos in the industry"....

This is the same group that owns cityclubcasino crowneurope and then this, i dont believe they have other casinos. The bonus terms are 20x deposit amount is the max cashout. I dont believe they own other casinos.

The 10x max cashout is only for the initial deposit bonus, and yes they send out terms and conditions trough email when you deposit, and they are ALSO visible on the website, under general terms.

I believe its quite bad to offer a max cashout rule on a deposit bonus, but they are pretty straightforward on the offering, so your out of luck on this one.

First - the x10 Max Cashout is just for the first deposit.

What I can't understand is, that they have general terms and conditions on their homepage - without the maxcashout and then they have other terms and conditions with a max cashout.

    http://citytowercasino.com/en/eur/bo...-deposit-terms

    http://citytowercasino.com/en/sterms.php

Maybe they send me an email, but I didn't got one.

I think they don't write the terms with the max cashout in the first terms - because no player would accept a bonus like that. Thats not a bonus - 20X playthrough and 20x max cashout for a 30% bonus.

So is there anything I can do or not?

There was 10x max cashout for welcome bonuses and 20x for all other bonuses when I played there. Found it out the hard way for reload bonus as well so closed my account.
Felt like a total dummy after that...shouldn't make mistakes that cost money anymore. Mainly because the terms for reload bonuses were not found at the site...at that time.
But bonus emails did have the terms.
It was quite a while ago though. So can 't really tell if the terms still exist / are available in bonus emails.

    That was funny!

Anyway, the 10% max cashout for a deposit bonus is crazy. I hate having to look with lens like a grandma the Terms and Conditions of a bonus but it's necessary to avoid unpleasant surprises later.

    I would say no.

Once you accept a bonus, you agree to the terms, regardless of how hideous they are.

Take this as a lesson learned and never go back there.
