City Tower Casino doesn't pay me 1730€

Problem is - of course I accepted the terms, the terms I could find on their Homepage. -.-


I had a conversation right now with the casino manager - and they said that they will not pay me. They said it doesn't concerns the casino if they have a bad reputation. They now that their bonus terms are not player friendly and they have often problems like this.

"xxxx: the max cashout of depositx20 applies to all bonuses except for the welcome bonus"
I asked why don't they put this in the general terms and conditions for bonuses and of course - i got no reply

I asked also - why I didn't get more of the money because I won a part of it with comps. No comment.

I asked if I can get the 1730€ back on my casino account - because I have the right to lose it in games - and earn some comps. Of course not and here the explanation:
