on 16 february i have made a little deposit of 60 PLN, around 20-25 $ without any match bonus, i didn't know how to claim their bonus, they are quite a little bit complicate, they have a sportbook licensed in Australia, and on the same webpage, the casino is licensed in Malta, so i have lost my deposit , then i went to livechat to claim " anytime deposit bonus " which gave a match bonus, they said no for me, i have written a bad review on another forum, and as a result they close my account, here is live chat transcript:

That chat transcript looks like an attempt was made to blackmail the casino. They did not "just find out" about the bad reviews, it was used as a way to "persuade" them to offer special treatment.

Closing your EMPTY account (as it seems) is the BEST defence, as they cannot be accused of confiscating anything. They would also have to realise that further attempts would follow were they to give in and start paying "hush money" in order to keep the bad reviews at bay.

By trying to blackmail them on THIS forum, you have shot yourself in the foot (so to speak), now we all KNOW that these "other bad reviews" are just a part of a blackmail scheme, and bear no relation to a GENUINE grievance.

SOMETHING may turn red and end up in the Rogue pit, but probably not Centrebet

sorry i made deposits into casinos, i don't beg for free chips usually, it's the first time when i went to a livechat to ask for one !

my complaint was they didn't give me a match bonus, or a little complimentary no deposit bonus, i didn't ask for 100 % match bonuses they offer !

I've changed the thread title. And I would remind everyone as per this thread, that Casinomeister is not a forum to be used for threatening casinos or for carrying out threats against casinos.

The chat transcript clearly demonstrates an intention to blackmail the casino into providing a bonus with the thread of publicising negative comments.

This behaviour is not acceptable at Casinomeister. I should really delete the thread but in this case I don't think it's necessary.

I am sorry, but cases like this is just embarrassing for this forum.

I am guessing that CS at any casino is quite tired of people who wants to press as much bonus as they can out of every deposits. You say that this is your "first time". I simply just don`t believe you.

I don`t mean to be strict, but you should probably do something else than gambling.

In my opinion, Centrebet is one of the best online casino sites. Your case just shows us why.
