on 16 february i have made a little deposit of 60 PLN, around 20-25 $ without any match bonus, i didn't know how to claim their bonus, they are quite a little bit complicate, they have a sportbook licensed in Australia, and on the same webpage, the casino is licensed in Malta, so i have lost my deposit , then i went to livechat to claim " anytime deposit bonus " which gave a match bonus, they said no for me, i have written a bad review on another forum, and as a result they close my account, here is live chat transcript:

I really dont think the casino here did the wrong thing. They have the right to choose their customers as well as we have the right to choose a casino.
I do belive, by the transcript provided that you were in wrong here and that you were just trying to pressure them into giving you a bonus!

I must say I used to play at Centrebet some time ago. Support was ok, no problem with bonuses .
