Thumbs down Virtual is not virtual at all.

It is clear that VIRTUAL Casino and their sister/brother group are a bunch of crooks worthy of legal repricausions, if all possible. However, as you know, such legal action is not possible at this time.
Personally, I have been frastrated, but keeping my temper in check, in my numerous attempts to collect my pending for months winnings without success thus far.
Their repeated answers that payment should be made by middle of next week have become too old to be taken seriously.
After finally did win a few thousands my account was locked, removed me from VIP status and excluded me from any kind of promotionals I used to receive from them with the excuse that I was too knowledgable with slots... It is worth mentioning that overall although I had a couple of lucky brakes and won some money, I was I was in th eminus by a few Ks.
How can any one be knowledgable with computerized slots is something that, in my hamble opinion, evades us all...?
Excuding the money that were already been processed for payment (have not seen a cent yet) I played and lost all of my pending and approved Withdrawals close to 3k (just to show you how much knowledge I have).
Having taken my account to zero I began to receive promotional insentive to play again. Once a per week offered me a 50.00, no deposit required, bonus. I lost the first one and a week lated received the socond one which it was credited through their cashiers, deposited and was credited to play.
Unlike the first time, gradually I accumulated approximately $3,500, more or less. Then I contacted Virtual's support team to find out how much of the winning was withdrawable. I was put on hold and then I was told that my play was illegal (having deposited two bonuses) and proceeded to 0.00 my account. Questioning as to why I was sent the second bonus and then allowed me to play it while, in the past, and automatically, such freemies were rejected? Their reply was that I should have read the rules...
In the mean time I must wait until the middle of next week to find out if a deposit is made... I think I know the answer :-)
By the way some of the money due to me are pending from September 2010.

The horrible thing is that these group of casinos get so many newbies
with all their free chips I wish I had some suggestions for
everyone who was mistreated by these RTG casinos. The only thing
I can say is that there are good casinos out there... 99% of which
    are NOT RTG

    Sorry again to everyone

VERY old news on this forum I'm afraid.
If only more players would come here first, then less of them would get ripped-off.

RTG are quite happy with their licensees using this excuse then, after all, knowledgeable players KNOW their slots are rigged, not random

The "two free chip" trick is VERY well known here, and this will even be used to void all FUTURE winnings EVER - not just those from the second free chip.

They send the offer as a clearly intended gambit, hoping the player will take the personal invite at face value, and fall into the trap of breaking the rules.

I would now expect them to spring the REAL trap, which is to use THIS breach to void that pending withdrawal from before - which was probably their REAL intention all along.

Again, RTG are PERFECTLY OK with one of their licensees doing this, as it's "just business, nothing crooked".

I was asked by DogBoy whether I have an "agenda", well THIS is a clue as to why I might "have an agenda". It is this kind of "look the other way & collect the money" behaviour from RTG themselves, which fits very nicely with the idea that they would supply "flexible" software which would allow operators to "do business" with a similar, and less visible, reduced moral standard.

Virtual need their license yanked, PERIOD.

Best thing you can do in the future is Google. Try something like "casino {fill in the blank} complaints." By doing that you might see complaints from various casino forum boards and it will help you avoid the bad casinos out there. Virtual is old, old bad news and information is easily found.

Generally if a casino is crap someone's bitched about it somewhere.

Did you have an 'agenda' when the discussion was about Rivals? Cause look where they are now?

I have never played Rival, but I could see that they "did business" in a less than honest manner from some of the common themes connecting the complaints.

My initial theory that this was all one big group calling the shots behind the scenes, rather than separate independent casinos just happening to use the same software, turned out to be much closer to the truth than players were being told at the time. I'm afraid it was their "central player database" that gave the game away, and no amount of denials was going to convince me that they were REALLY all independent. Turns out they were all "white labels", and many decisions were being made centrally by Bonne Chance, and players were tracked, and detailed information shared, across ALL casinos using Rival software.

Personally, I think its nothing to do with bonuses. Some casinos are just criminal. I have said this before; they would never get away with stuff like this in any 1st world country b&m casino.
I feel sorry for the whole online casino community for putting up with them...

Cute serious person. I was just saying remember Rival because look where they are now. In other words you were on it then and were right and I imagine you are right on this group also.

It took me awhile but I get what your saying the difference is. individual operators running it how they want and the other seemed to be whoever owns Rival runs the whole thing. Thanks
