Exclamation Huge "freespinn fault" on casinoeuro.com

    hey boys and girls=)

Ive recently experiensed a huge "miss" in the freespinnround
    at casinoeuro.com.

The freespinn round starts with a clock that spinns around and lands on a number between 1-12.

this particular time i was betting 10eur and won 10 freespinns.
After the clock, a rabbit jumps on to the screen an handles out
WILD symbols. and this time i recived 4 in a row in the middle so
there is a lot of paying lines that covers it.

The freespinn round starts and i directly see that it dosen pay all the lines.
(obvius when you get the higest winning combination 2 times in a row. 1 worth around 1500eur.

I have all the chat sessions where tey can see that there is a big problem and ect, aslo have screenshots from the game.

Everybody at the support is extremly helpful and understanding of the problem that they see? until they reach their final wirdict witch came from their technical department.

Nothing has gone wrong and my screenshots are false. the send my a copy of a totaly different game and says that this is the right one.

All documentations chatsessions screenshots i have.

How can i get help with this??

    Chris

Fill in the form and be thorough. Keep any evidence you have, and try to gather more, such as the "games transactions" history for this.

Max would then contact the casino for their side, and he won't be fooled by any attempt at a cover up. If your screenshots ARE fake, he will also find out, and your name will turn red.

Is this the same casino that gave the player a 1 cent bonus to screw him (giving him wagering req. when he did not actually TAKE a bonus)?

No, you meant Europacasino.com instead of Casinoeuro.com. Casinoeuro.com uses Netent software, and Europacasino.com uses playtech software.

I have played that slot (Alice's Wonderland) a few times at Casino Euro and never noticed anything strange about it, but then, I wasn't LOOKING for anything strange...
So I will be very interested to hear how this turns out.

Not usually, if the PLAYER gains through a technical fault, the casino will void the bet. However, casinos are pretty useless when it comes to this, because they have this mindset that the software is "infallible", and they take quite a bit of convincing when a "mere player" tells them of a technical fault. It is only when THEY spot it that they accept it exists.

There have been cases where faults have given PLAYERS an advantage, and the players who spot it early on DO make money. It is only when audits show the casino is "paying out too much" overall, or on certain games, that they start looking for any faults. Once they find one, they audit players accounts, and will put a stop on any winnings they haven't already paid out.
In many cases, they fix the fault on the quiet, rather than admit to it being there. They therefore do NOT usually ask players to return the winnings.

In one case with MGS, an operator DID seize winnings gained through a technical fault on the game "Chief's Fortune", but when affected players complained through the PAB here, and eCogra, they paid out thousands, rather than admit the fault existed.

I confirmed this by speaking to Max about the incident in London, and he didn't know WHAT had really happened when the casino said it was a case of "illegitimate play, although not fraud". Without admitting the fault, they had no grounds to withold winnings, especially since this particular fault could be exploited WITHOUT bonuses.

There have been rumours of faults in one or two RTG slots that have favoured players.

Naturally, a fault that favours the player will not get much publicity, whereas a fault that favours the casino WILL.

This is because the players are NOT going to say much becuse it would get back to the software vendor, who would quickly shut it down. The CASINOS are not going to say what is going on because it makes the software look less trustworthy.

What you DO see when a fault works in favour of a player is the game concerned simply "disappearing" across the board, and for no obvious reason. If and when the game comes back, it is because the fault has been fixed.

There are, of course "obvious reasons" for a game being removed, such as when all progressive games were removed for US players on Microgaming. This was down to the problems of sending such large amounts to a winning US player.
