Is there a rep for Mandarin Palace

Hi,

I just deposited at MP with a bonus and 25 free spins. The first rep this afternoon told me ( when I was double checking about how exactly to do this correctly)to do the free spins first, so when the little box at the bottom of my screen popped up, saying I had 25 free spins at Big Game, I went for it even tho the rep had said it would be Nascash because I figured they had changed the game in the last few hours. Unfortunately, in the 4-5 spins I took, it ate up most all of my cash and most of my bonus. The rep I talked to(in a panic) after that told me to do free spins last and, although I basically pleaded with him, he told me he couldn't do anything to help me and that the free spins were supposed top be for Nascash not Big Game. I asked why the Big Game clickable link with 25 free games banner on it was there and he said nothing, just that he couldn't help me.

I hemmed and hawed about depositing as it is only my 2nd time, my first with an ewallet, and I looked around for 2 days to pick just the right casino. I was extremely nervous about it to begin with because the measly $25 was my own pathetic Christmas gift to myself.

I would like to know why that 25 freespins at Big Game, which was clickable, was on the screen! It seemed obvious to me that those were supposed to be for me, and if they were not, it was misleading and evil.

Can someone direct this nervous newbie?

Freddy Hills at Mandarin palace took the time to resolve this situation. I have to say kudos to the Mandarin Palace support team for a fast, fair and courteous outcome. I really appreciate the help and understanding.

Mandarin palace is number one in my book so far!

I can't find Mandarin Palace in the Accredited or Rogue section why is this?

Casinos need to meet a certain number of criteria to be accredited here.

They need to misbehave to end up in the rogue pit.

There are a lot of casinos that are neither.
