Wagering requirements are cleared automatically when you reach zero balance. This is done automatically by the software so you can not have reached zero balance. If you have an unfinshed bet in game this will also prevent the software to clear the wagering requirement even if it shows zero balance in your casino account. Maybe that is what happend in this case?

Hello mister froosh Yes that would be the most reasonable. But it did not happen.

In additional:

1. The CS did tell me twice that the bonus rollover must be completed no matter what. Even if the balance reach zero.

2. They did not adjust my wagering requrements even when I made them aware of my problem.

No unfinished bets in games. I have never used their sportsbetting.

Bit strange this case. Because it was not about me complaining to getting back money or someting. All I wanted was to have my wagering requirements deleted befor a new deposit.

But anyway. I I stopped using Bet24, so not a case for me anymore
