Just noticed a disturbing fact regarding Unibet download casino (MG) bonuses.

I won around 16 credits from their free spin promotion, which was credited to bonus balance like it should. Got ahead a little and noticed that the bonus jumped to 39 credits.

After asking about it from support, they informed that this was due to two different bonuses from the past which had not been played through. So the bonus wagering requirements carry over even if the balance reaches zero.

Should this be acceptable an accredited casino?

That's actually news for me. Unibet support did inform me that a transfer out from the download casino wallet zeroes out any possible bonuses. Which is kinda dumb since that would require playing through a bonus and actually winning.

Unibet download casino USED TO allow early withdrawal (early withdrawal = withdraw cash balance at any time and give up any funds still in bonus balance) but I understand they no longer allow it, so now you have to completely play through the bonus.

The issue with winnings going back to previous bonus balance is completely normal MG casino function though. It can be prevented by making a deposit in between bonuses.

If you zero the bonus account (and real money),and make a NEW real money deposit you will never get the old bonus carry over. This goes for all MG casinos.
Note : if you have a bonus (free spin game) and leave that game and then zeros your account on other games,then your NEW real deposit money will go straight to the bonus account because your basically are not on zero on your account because of that free spin remaining

Not always the case. I have found fresh deposits are partly converted to bonus when made onto a zero balance, and with NO "pending games" in the system.

The terms also do NOT mention any of this, and it would be on THIS basis that this could be considered "not acceptable for an accredited casino".
