    Should I get full winnings?

I was offered 50 free spins on santas wild. after free spins i won aprrox £15.

after free spins i continued to play at 60p a spin, i hit this..
    big.jpg

how ever, i still had £13 left in my bonus account, and then i played it though to eventually withdraw £1500

Now told i will get £100 winnings back!!..

I did not hit this win in free spins offer!!

According to T&Cs it seems that if you hit a big win in the free spins offer it could be sizeable?

    Free Spins (where offered)

Offer applicable only to new Real Players, who download the casino - Flash Casino players will not receive this bonus.
To activate Free Spins players need to register at least one credit card or make a purchase using any method before qualifying for the promotion.
Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings are limited to $200/£100/€150 maximum. Should the player win in excess of $200/£100/€150 the excess will be removed from the players account before fulfilling the cash-in.
Minimum initial bonus wager requirements and minimum cash-in requirements apply.
i have not named the casino as i never had a problem before , but have PM'd their rep here.

If I understand correctly, I fear the answer is no... The free spins determine the "initial bonus" and then the "minimum initial bonus wager requirements" begin... You hit that on the playthru, if I am not confused. And the max cashout that can result from play during that play-thru is clearly defined... Am I missing something?

    That sux though, awesome hit...

Sadly the bonus you took had a Max Cash-out which means you are only eligible to withdraw the max allowed of 100. Whether you won 101 or 15,000 you would still be only eligible to withdraw the 100 max.

Nice hit and it always happens when playing max cash-out bonuses

Without any bonuses/max cash-outs involved you would be laughing all the way to the bank with £3000

Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings are limited to $200/£100/€150 maximum.

I understand your ponit that you played with your initial balance (13$ left in balance)..but I don't think you can request more 100..

    The rules of this promo (as posted by the OP) are not clear;
After the 50 free spins are over, are the winnings in the form of bonus chips with associated WR?

If they are, you are probably screwed.

If they are not (i.e. If they were fully cashable at the time you hit that win) then the casino should pay up IMO.
I mean, if you had say $30 cashable, cashed it out and then re-deposited without a bonus, what's the difference?

If I was reading those terms I'd assume that by taking the bonus, my next potential withdrawal from those free spins is going to be £100.

If you had deposited after the free spins were finished then that's a different story, but if you hit the win specifically from the money you win from the free spins, it's all bonus cash and so falls under the same terms.

Probably could be worded better but I think it's a more than fair term.

I won $4k+ at This is Vegas a while back from a $6 bonus...did I get the full $4k? Did I heck, I got squat

Hard but true fact the terms are clear. Nothing to be done and based on the terms then no you should not have expected to be paid above the £100 limit. Not a nice feeling but thats why I always read the small print of anything given for free to avoid disapointments like this.

I think the terms are clear after free spin wins then the amount won is subject to playthrough requirments and max cash out rule in this case. If he had cashed out then re-deposited and hit thats a different matter. Way Im reading it he played with the doe won from the free spins. So is subject to the max cashout rule in the terms for this one.
