24h poker casino disappeared bonus

Hi, I have played at the 24hpoker casino and after wagering 30x according to their terms and losing half of my deposit, I wait for my bonus being credited. After not seeing it credited after a couple of weeks, I check with them and the CS just says that it has been credited but removed because it is not wagered for 21 days.

They cite the following:

6). The customer has 21 days time to meet the wagering requirements or else the bonus is forfeited.

However this terms come immediately after:

5). If the customer makes a deposit from Monday to Sunday, and fulfills the wagering requirements on Sunday by 23:59 CET, we will pay you the bonus on the following Tuesday after 12:00 CET. In other case the customer will receive the bonus after 12:00 CET on Tuesday the week after. This requires you to have met the wagering requirements.

And this again comes after

4). The bonus will not be paid out in batches. The bonus is paid out as a 100% of the deposit sum after the customer has fulfilled the wagering requirements (wagering of the deposit sum x 30). Thus the sum of the first deposit must be €20, €50 or €100.You must wager the bonus amount 1 time before withdrawal. E.g.: you get €20 bonus. You have to wager €20 before you can make a withdrawal.

It seems clear that the wagering requirements here refer to the 30x needed for getting the bonus credited, not the 1x wagering needed for withdrawal.

So after all, they are not even justified by the terms to remove the unseen bonus, if it has been credited.

I have heard that 24h poker is a reputed poker network. Is there anything I can do with this? Are they regulated at all?
