Hi Norma
My name is xxxxxxx and I am the Floor Manager currently on duty.
I looked through all of your correspondence with the casino regarding the Thunderstruck 2 promotion.
Please accept my apologies for the way in which this matter was attended to.
Norma, the casino experienced a lot of players that tried to abuse the promotion specifically as they could redeem the rewards points for cash that could be withdrawal from their account. Regrettably due to this we to be extremely strict in the rules regarding the promotion. This had a negative effect on honest players like yourself. While this is no excuse for the experience you went through, I kindly request your understanding.
I know this is a little late but I have allocated a bonus of $50.00 to your account. This is as compensation for the inconvenience you experienced and the bonus you should have received via the promotion.
It is my hope that you will return to us to make use of the bonus, have a absolutely fabulous gaming experience and that we will have the opportunity to show you what customer service should be like.
We look forward to seeing you in the casino and good luck!
Kind regards
xxxxxxxxxx

Still debating on whether I will return or not......still makes me wonder......maybe some of those promotion abusers were not abusers after all but victims like myself.........
So, what's he smokin'
You have to get TWENTY triggers of the bonus round, and all you get for this is TEN BUCKS!!!, and they claim this is being "abused".
I find that far fetched in the extreme. I have played almost a THOUSAND spins of this game at various casinos, and NOT ONCE have I triggered ONE free spins round, let alone 20. It simply would not be worth it to "abuse" such a promotion for a mere $10.
In any case, HOW can you "abuse" this promotion, you HAVE to play for real, and enough to trigger 20 bonus rounds. With Playcheck, it is a matter of factual record whether 20 rounds were triggered, and this can be verified by the casino, who are VERY good at conducting bet by bet audits to spot even a SINGLE bet among THOUSANDS that violates bonus terms and conditions.
If they had no way in place of easily determining whether players had qualified, they should NEVER have used such a promotion in the first place.
I would LOVE to hear from the FL rep just how there was this "mass abuse" of this promotion, as it seems likely it was more a case of too many players falling for it, rather than true "mass abuse".
