    Angry mandarin palace casino

hi they sent me a $20 free bonus i read all the legal mumbo jumbo and said i agreed. i won just over $10,349.00 on a progressive jacks or better game. i called them to see what documents i needed to send, they told me. then they told me that since i hadn't made a deposit i could only get #50.00, by their bonus rules. i looked all over the postcard they sent me and there was nothing that said that on the postcard.then i uninstalled it reinstalled it and read all the policies again and it still didn't say anything about making a deposit before you could get more than $500. so i called them and finally found the bonus rules in small print at the webpage. they told me that they would put my remaining 9800 into a separate account and everytime i made a deposit they would match it from that account at 100% match. i asked them why they couldn't at least put it in my account as a bonus and playthrough it which by the way is 1500 times the bonus. they said that wasn't possible. so like a fool i deposited $100 they did match it. i won $400 on a royal that wasn't progressive and then they took the bonus back to a $100. they said i had 6 months to use the bous but with over 9500.00 it would take me forever to deposit that much money. can anyone help me get my "bonus" money? tx for any help. witchy56oh

I think you are going to have a tough time with this one. Most casinos will simply remove all excessive winnings, at least MP put it in a bonus account and will match your deposit at 100%.

Good luck with getting better terms.

In a way can't believe the casino are offering you anything more than the $50 max, but on the other hand the "bonuses" they are offering are so awful I would describe them as "Player Traps".

The best possible advice I can give is just take what you've got and walk away. Why would you want to deposit even 1c with WR Bx1500 ( are you SURE it's that high???) when you could go to any one of dozens of other casinos and only face Bx30-ish?

By the way, you posted in completely the wrong section!

    Angry mandarine palace casino

i received a free $20 postcard in the mail and just for rhe heck of it i decided to try it. i played for about 5 hours then hit a jacks or better jackpot of over $10,349. i called to see what documents they needed but they told me the bonus was only a max of $500. they told me to send the documents and they would wire me the $500 what they didn't tell me was since it had to be wired to 3 banks they charged me $60. they told me they would put the balance in a separate account but to get it out i had to make a deposit and they would 100% match it. i put $200 and then when i won 400.00 they removed the 100 bonus so i only won 300.00. but to top it off they won't put any of my 'special account' in without making another deposit. the playthrough is 40 times what you put in also. the agreement i signed didn't have any mention of winning over 500 on bonus all it said was you couldn't take out out any more than $9990.00 a month. when i asked them about this they referred me back to the webpage where in little print it said bonus rules, but it didn't have an agreement there. i called today and asked them why they couldn't at least put it in my bonus account and i got the runaround. i then asked to be put through to the ceo and was told he didn't have time to talk to me about trivial stuff.i told him i didn't consider $9500.0 or therabouts wasn't very trivial. so i asked to talk to the main manager and then was told one didn't come in until 12
;00 am. so i asked for the uk gaming commision phone number and was told he didn't have it . can you get me that number or let me know how to handle this i would greatly appreciate it. i don't think any of this is fair. my email is witchywoman56oh@live.com ty

I don't really think you have an argument here at all. On their terms and conditions it clearly says the maximum cash in on a no deposit bonus is $500.

That is pretty generous for a no deposit bonus when these days the norm is usually 1x the freebie.

IMO, you should be thrilled that you got $500 initially for not risking any of your own money.

And as far as the "special account" , it also says that the bonuses are non cashable so they were within their rights to remove the $100 when you withdrew the $400

In 3/09, they sent me a cd with a $100 free chip. Played the reqired $4000 playthrough and won over $600. I gave back the $100 free cashed in $500 and within a week got a check for $484.30.
Last week 10/2010, got a email for $25 free chip. Played through $1000 and won $533, all on Keno and gave back the $25 and cashed in $508. They corrected the cashin to $500 and I received a check in the mail today for $484.30.
I've never played any REAL money. Did the same thing on Lucky Creek Casino, only one time though.
    No complaints here.

Well, couldn't you simply MAKE a deposit so that you qualify for all the winnings?

I suspect you are NOT being told the truth by support, or at least not the WHOLE truth. You might find that even if you HAD deposited, the rule would STILL apply, but for a different reason.

Placing the excess in a "special account" that you can keep on drawing on to get 100% matches is a trick. Players WITHOUT this feature could probably get even BETTER offers than 100%. I have a CD from them, and the second deposit offer is 300% - much better than this "special account".

Promotional CDs are clever devices, they manage to get you registered WITHOUT exposing you to the sneaky terms and conditions. The software itself has terms and conditions that you agree to before installing the software, but these are often INCOMPLETE, being concerned with the SOFTWARE, rather than the account with a specific operator.

Mandarin Palace now seem to have expanded out of the USA, since I have a CD, and am CLEARLY not in the USA, and they must have bought my address from a non-USA mailing list in order to get my name associated with my postal address.

OP hasn't been here since May 17. Guess she didn't get much support.
