    Slot Madness not paying

    Hi everyone,

I played at "SlotsMadness" casino on their 35$ free signup offer. I made the 40x playthrough, with still 150$ in my account left (the max. withdraw)

Then I searched for some info on them, before I was going to make the required 25$ deposit. I searched google and here, but couldnīt find a lot of information. So, I went to live chat and as they seemed pretty informed and professional, I made my deposit and sended in my docs.

Now, about a day after sending in my docs, i get confimation and an email saying that I would be able to withdraw in the future.

So, I withdrew the 175$. And:
suprise suprise, it was denied after only a couple of hours. Reasoning was that their "fraud department" has not accepted my docs.
Since then I have contacted them via email asking to resolve the issue. I have also askes for what particular problem there was with my documents (a German ID and proof of adress) as I use them at every other place too and I have never had problems.
    They donīt answer to that.

    SO BE CAREFUL WITH SLOTSMADNESS.
I am not sure, if what they are doing is not just another trick on stalling payments.

Maybe I will take it to that new "Central Dispute" system from RTG.
Do you guys maybe have some ideas on what to do, or where to get help?

I mean itīs only 175USD, but still, I hate casinos who are doing things like that and I donīt wann just give up like they want me to.

Did they reject your ID Docs or just not accept them yet in fraud department? Sorry to question you but sometimes it takes a day or two for ID Docs to reach the right department and it may be a question of language. Only thing I can think of other than they're just out to screw you. If your first assumption is correct, stop posting here immediately and contact the rep and then, if that doesn't work, PAB at CasinoMeister. You needn't even reply to my post other than to let us know how it turns out.

It's named Slot Madness and not Slotsmadness

I have had no problems you should......

contact the rep. listed here. Supply the fax back form as necessary. Unless your Country isn't allowed to play, you shouldn't have a problem after submitting the fax back form

Thank you guys for the answers. Sorry about getting the casinos name wrong (had it right in the title though! )

To anser your questions, I have already send in my documents and they were ok, as the relevant department said.
I DID NOT send in a "faxback", as live support told me, I wouldnīt have to. Only current ID (German ID, but written in english) and a proof of adress (for which I sended in a recent bank statement).
Then they asked me for something really weird.
They asked for a screenshot of my Moneybookers account. They claimed, that they would have to make sure, that this account exists! THAT IS WEIRD, because I had just used that account to make my 25$ deposit, so how should the account be nonexistent???
Also, the guy wouldnīt want me to censor things like my balance in the screenie.... which I did anyways, because I think it is really not relevant for them, to see how much money I got on MB!

I would have contacted the rep but:
I canīt find their rep here. Maybe I am just not seeing it, I read the I Gaming list like four times, without seeing a rep for "Slot Madness"

    HI Everyone,

    Hope your all well.

I would like to make a statement regarding our Free money offers and the withdrawal below.

    Free Money

It was suggested to us by an affiliate who has been around the industry many years and has experienced everything that the industry could dish out that we place 2 terms in our Free money Terms and Conditions to ensure that the casino does to fall foul to bonus abuse and because of her wise words and experience we did.

We placed these 2 terms below into the terms and conditions and they were sent to all our affiliates along with their offers with the instructions to make this clear to all players . All the affiliates we sent this too agreed and made it clear to there players before posting.

1)A minimum of $25 must be deposited and played through at least once before cashing out.
2)Maximum cash out 5 x the bonus is allowed.

We made sure that affiliates themselves reviewed these Terms and Agreed Before taking these offers live.

    Casino Not Paying Withdrawals

Regarding this issue the statement that we are not paying is untrue...

Until we made the decision to decline this particular cashin we have paid and processed every cashin that has come through our system.

Our Customer service center had asked the player to send in his verification documents to us so we could process.

On receipt of these and after review we felt the documents looked fraudulent. The ID Document we received looked as if it had been photoshoped and the photo replaced and the Utility bill was so large that we could see it was bigger that the posters on the players wall when he held it above his head? we found that strange so we did 2 further checks.

We called MoneyBookers to see if they had received verification information form this player they said they had not he was not verified by them.

We then sent these same documents to an External Fraud company to get a second opinion on this they too came back to us and said that we had made the correct call in saying these documents looked fake and we should decline the cashin the first one we have done this too so far..

We have agreed that should this player send his verification information to Moneybookers to verify his account with them and those same documents get sent through to us we will then confirm with Moneybookers and process this withdrawal.

    Thanks

    Miles
