Well, I know i should have read this forum before and avoid those people, but I did not. Anyways, I got cash back from my deposit and wagered to win $100, made a withdrawal on 1/12. Since that time, I sent docs 5 times to 3 different emails (manager@casinosupportcenter.com, manager@virtualcasino.com, creditcards@casinosupportcenter.com).
live chat is no help, last response from live chat was that they did not get anything, which is lie. no email responses as well.
i just hope that no one will play there again. Pretty sure, since this casino is already marked rouged, nobody can do anything.
