Never needed to register in the forum though, but today I had a problem with Bwin. I was playing in their instant casino enjoying their 200 bonus and then an error message appears saying "you cant play for real money because your account have been cancelled, however you can sell chips and play for fun".
Well... I didnt anything wrong as far as I know. I can login in their website (even if a yellow popup appears saying "your account is closed") but I cant play for real money in any casino game. Already sent some e-mails to their support, all of them without reply.
So here I am complaining. I have around 450 in my bwin account (stills casino chips as I dont want to loose the bonus winnings) and I hope you can help me here! Watch out for Bwin Casino! Stay away
