Hello to everyone. First of all congratulations for such a good website. Im a casino gambler for many years and always liked your website

Never needed to register in the forum though, but today I had a problem with Bwin. I was playing in their instant casino enjoying their 200 bonus and then an error message appears saying "you cant play for real money because your account have been cancelled, however you can sell chips and play for fun".

Well... I didnt anything wrong as far as I know. I can login in their website (even if a yellow popup appears saying "your account is closed") but I cant play for real money in any casino game. Already sent some e-mails to their support, all of them without reply.

So here I am complaining. I have around 450 in my bwin account (stills casino chips as I dont want to loose the bonus winnings) and I hope you can help me here! Watch out for Bwin Casino! Stay away :(

Hope you can help me please!

    Cheers

The first thing you need to do is contact the rep for BWin...although it appears they haven't been on the forum since November 9th. The link to their profile is here:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/bwin.html

Make sure you click on send a PRIVATE message, as opposed to the public type. Include all relevant info, and wait for a reply. If your PM goes unread, and you cannot get an answer from support as to why your account was closed, then you should probably use the PAB service.

Please read ALL the rules in re: PAB before doing so. Again, include all relevant information. Everyone from the site, and most importantly MaxD, is away at a conference right now...so don't expect much action on it til next week at some point.

Also, you have cross-posted the exact same post in the Bonus Issues Complaints forum. This is a definite no no.

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums...ssues/35965-avoid-bwin-casino.html#post345587

Post once only, and even that shouldn't have been done until you tried contacting the rep. If you go with the PAB...then don't post at all anymore until Max has had a chance to look into it for you.

Edited to add: Link to PAB service/rules.

    You're welcome and good luck.

Do you know something the rest of us aren't privy to? How do you know he was gnoming? Or playing blackjack?

Obviously you arent privy to anything. This is beyond a joke. Why do you always accuse people of doing things without any basis ?

Exactly. The point is that none of us know what type of bonus he was using, or what games he was playing. And if he didn't contravene any of the published T&C's, then he has a case. IF he did...then I guess he'll find that out too. It's up to MaxD and the rep to deal with...so let's leave it with them.

LOL-Nitro compare your first post here to Pina's and you tell me who's post is more negative,

Her post towards you did not put you down what so ever so I wouldn't get upset mate.

you ALWAYS got to see both sides of the coin before you can make any judgement, especially in regards to online casino's.

I just had to leave thats all. Yes I was playing blackjack with optimal strategy. I wont lie and I dont think I need to do that. Theres no such rule in Bwin Casino T&C. I can play the way I want. If want to play in a way wich reduces house edge I will. I own my mouse pointer and I choose how to play.

I was winning and then my account is canceled and I can only play for fun. I can sell my chips but I cant withdraw all my balance (bonus requirements probably).

Thank you for your help. I will follow the steps on page 1 and see what happens (infact already sent a PM to Bwin in this forum explaining the situation and refering my userid). Just hope bwin doesnt stole my money and this can be solved as soon as possible!

    Cheers

Have they atleast offered you your deposit back? Just asking, even it that might not really be the case that u are going for here - I know it sucks to get "robbed" of your winnings!

In the error message it says "you can sell your chips and play for fun" so I suppose they allow me to withraw "real funds" (wich are less than my initial deposit). The question is that I wont sell chips before this thing is explained... I now I didnt do anything I cant. I just played thats all. Even my ID card is fully verified and approved by bwin. Lets wait and see.

Hi Emanuel, it is probably safe to say they have cancelled your account due to you playing BJ.

There must be something hiding away that states its not allowed or something.

They are a pretty reputable company so I think you will get your deposit back but they may not let you play for real money anymore.

Do you have a link to the terms and conditions which are relevant to whichever bonus you were playing with Emanuel? Without reading the specific terms, it's pretty hard to make any sort of judgement...which is why I said let's leave it for Max. But it won't be before early next week I imagine, as pretty much everyone is in London.
