    Angry Rival casinos

    This has happened to me at many rival casinos, traditions, davincis gold, lionsslots, and several others. They treat you great offer all kinds of bonuses, until you win something, then everything changes. They wont answer emails, slow pays, rude messages and then they take you off the bonuses. When you ask why the response is always the same, we dont have to tell you its in our policy. plus the restrictions they do put on bonuses makes it almost impossible to win. I like the software, but want to know what is up with the sucky customer service.

    If you really don't like their bonuses, don't deposit to them. Ultimately there are lots of accredited casinos to go to. I appreciate that isn't entirely a solution to the problem, but there's no point throwing good money after bad, and what's the point of gambling if you aren't enjoying it?

    I don't know about the rudeness but the bonuses are getting crazy. I haven't taken a bonus in a long time and I don't believe that I will.

    Made a very small deposit at a rival casino and took their bonus because they do allow craps players to participate even though its at a very low level like 5% of winnings count toward play thru. When I started playing I found I was limited to $5 per roll. Often I like to up my bets after a losing roll to try to catch up( I know I know this isn't suppose to help but it has worked for me.) Now if I want to do that I have to bet like a $1 to double up. What a waste of time!

    Dropping a player from bonuses is one thing, but WHY the abrupt change from being nice to being downright RUDE to customers' queries on the subject.

    Players themselves know what they did, or didn't do, and if they HAVE done nothing more than merely WIN from a deposit, then they KNOW that the bonus ban is PURELY down to them having won, and NOTHING to do with "bonus abuse".

    The general response of "we dont have to tell you its in our policy" simply indicates the operator has a great deal to hide, and that there is no proper justification for this "policy", and that in all probability it IS simply a policy to automatically bonus ban players once they win, and it would be DAMAGING to ever admit this "on the record" since players would get the impression that they were never on a "level playing field" when playing at any Rival casino, because any winning streak is going to be nipped in the bud.
    Rival casinos are also very evasive about their various interconnections, with many pretending to be independent of others, when in fact they are ALL merely "white labels" of one of the large operators, such as Bonne Chance.

    Rival went paranoid about bonus abusers. The same goes for cassava.

    Well, that's not quite true.
    Since the OP gives his location as USA, his list of Accredited casinos is severely limited.

    My suggestion is look around at other Rival casinos - there are quite a few who DON'T bonus-ban at the drop of a hat, and DO offer decent bonuses with sensible WRs. Let's not paint them all with the same brush.

    I am one of the bonus banned at Tropica and I didn`t care that much. I didn`t think of me beeing bonus banned from several casinos.

    Maybe I thaught wrong:

    Yesterday I found the casino "slots of fortune" and I didn`t receive the welcome bonus automatically.

    I went to live chat on my free chip hunt as usual.

    I asked for the free welcome bonus and it took a really long time before the chat lady answered:

    Lady: Due to increase in promotional abuse from your region, certain promotions have been suspended. The welcome no deposit promotion is one of the suspended promotions for your region. This may change in the future.

    Did she ask some other person what to do when she found my red alert name on the screen or what happened?

    I am from Sweden and my country was not listed on their website.

    Is there any place you can check which ones of the Rival Casinos that are connected?

    I hope that KasinoKing gets money from my click and download from slots of fortune.
    I will not deposit there.
