Dropping a player from bonuses is one thing, but WHY the abrupt change from being nice to being downright RUDE to customers' queries on the subject.
Players themselves know what they did, or didn't do, and if they HAVE done nothing more than merely WIN from a deposit, then they KNOW that the bonus ban is PURELY down to them having won, and NOTHING to do with "bonus abuse".
The general response of "we dont have to tell you its in our policy" simply indicates the operator has a great deal to hide, and that there is no proper justification for this "policy", and that in all probability it IS simply a policy to automatically bonus ban players once they win, and it would be DAMAGING to ever admit this "on the record" since players would get the impression that they were never on a "level playing field" when playing at any Rival casino, because any winning streak is going to be nipped in the bud.
Rival casinos are also very evasive about their various interconnections, with many pretending to be independent of others, when in fact they are ALL merely "white labels" of one of the large operators, such as Bonne Chance.
