You know, if the PROPER T&C's weren't posted at the time the bonus was taken.....then those players "might" have a case. Maybe you should direct them here Ergo, and tell them to PAB. Totally up to Max, but it can't hurt, and the Palace Group have been taken to task before over their T&C's and confiscating winnings because of them being somewhat ambiguous.

Just don't forget, the PAB's have to be in English....so if these players speak only Finnish, perhaps you could help them with the process ie. filling out the form? And make sure to tell them not to post once they've filed the PAB.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I will definitely look through all the language pages to ensure that this clause is added correctly.

Please note that this clause exists on the Main T & C page when a player signs up but we have noted your comments and taken the appropriate action to include this clause on all Bonus pages as well so that there can be no confusion.

Please afford me the necessary time to go through all our different language T's and C's and verify that they are correct.

If you are able to send me the Finnish player's details, I will look into that as well.

There was an issue on the Finnish page with a roll-back so we have released the full cashin to the player.

The software should now be able to restrict bet sizes when a bonus is in play (seen it done at other MGS casinos), so surely this would be the best way to avoid such problems in the future.

Rather than struggling to argue their case, a player who didn't spot this rule would be prevented from making a big bet, and would probably ask support why. They would then be told of the rule, and that they could make bigger bets once the WR was completed, or a deposit made without a bonus.
