    I appreciate all the feedback!
I have gotten an unprovoked email from All Star Slots. I got the impression that they are understanding my frustration and respecting it. There were also some indications that they as of this were reviewing their welcome bonuses. The email was very appreciated. I also think that this thread has made an impacted on them.

Hopefully they (and every other casino) will remove the max winnings rule.
If they persist they should at least make it very obvious that its there.

From my point of view I would never play (again) on a casino that caps winnings.

As Ruby Royal says, I have no shame in saying I want to win as much money as possible on putting in as little as possible. There. I said it.

And frankly, ND bonuses aside, I will not take a bonus that caps my cashouts. Everyone wants to be the next Tonka, raking $65,000 on a $12 spin. I want to be the next Tonka. A cap on my cashout is like saying, "You can't be the next Tonka at our casino, but you can be the next Tonka, Jr." No, thanks.

I doubt we'll ever live to see the day any RTG does a Phantom with no WR...!

These would have to be outside the MG bonus system, but this could catch out a few players because this is not expected with MG software.

Fortune Lounge did try a few odd experiments with different welcome bonuses, including the "free play" idea. They had one where you could deposit £50, get no bonus, but get a REFUND if you lost it all.

There were those MG casinos in the past that used an earlier "bonus account" system, where they could configure bonuses to be sticky, phantom, etc in a separate bonus account, accessed by a different account number. The MGS bonus system marries these ideas into a simpler form, and most casinos now use it. It is flexible enough to weight wagering on low edge games, but has never lived up to it's promise of a simple system where any game can be played, and the software polices your wagering, only letting you withdraw when all terms are satisfied.
