What did they state was the processing time? Most Rivals can take up to 5 business days. In the past, barring Rockbet, Rivals dont tamper with valid withdrawals. So I believe you will receive your $150 in the next week or so. Be patient.

I have a small withdrawal that has been processing since November 12. I have sent documents in twice, and still I wait. The email I received with my withdrawal request, states that the withdrawal will be processed within 2 business days, well today is my 4th business day, and nothing.

You withdrew on the 12th of November and sent in your documentation on the 16th. You withdrawal was released on the 18th. This is standard for first time withdrawals.
