English harbour(wagering requirements)

I would like to get some advice about what happened to me at English Harbour. I deposited 25$ and got a 100% match bonus, but lost everything. I was sure to zero the account and after that I deposited 68$ without a bonus, and after a while I had 133$ and decided to cash out. However I wasn't allowed since it said that I had 677$ left to wager before I could withdraw.

I thought that was strange and contacted support which only confirmed that I had to fulfill the wagering requirements even though my last deposit was made without a bonus. Of course I busted in trying to do so, and I think it's not fair that future deposits will be punished because of a bonus on the initial deposit.

This is the first time I have encountered this bonus system and I immediately closed my account at English Harbour.

What do their T&Cs say?

I know Intercasino had this carry over on their monthly bonuses - but it was clearly stated in the T&Cs so players had no right to complain.

Its been like this for a while. They do carry over the wagering requirements. Don't know about the t&c though, but this is the only group i know at the moment that does this. There might be others though.

Heh. I play at all 6 of their casinos and receive endless huge bonuses.

I have never made a withdrawal. Got up to 30k a couple times and busted trying to "get even" - you all know what I mean, don't mock me heh...

If I ever do hit a Royal (should have hit 6 by now, according to the pathetic and sad notes on my desk I track missed gutshots with), I'm gonna be in trouble trying to withdraw lolz.

Same thing happened to me , not here but other places, Gotten up to 20 or 30k, tried getting more and going broke a few hours later.

ah yep lol. I make all those same promises.

Then things happen like...I think..."would be a shame to quit when running so good" heheh

Obviously I can't quit when running bad, that would just be stupid - cause I'm "due"

So it's a bit of a pickle.
