Classic Casino Locked Out Account

Hi,

Folks just a quick heads up if anyone is interested, I contacted Casino classic asking may I have my account unlocked so I may make a further deposit and play.

They replied back that under there terms and condition that the decision to lock
my account is final.

It's a shame as I enjoyed playing there. I think never letting me play there again is harsh. I'm very dissapointed.

I think it's because I was winning a fair few pounds.

Chayton was right though, if they let you withdraw 50 then the wager requirement is done, the rest of the money bar the 40 bonus is yours, you should of been able to play what you want/.

I cleared the wagering requirement a long time ago playing the slots. The issue
came about is that I made a few wagers above £10.00 as you can only bet %25.00 of your bonus amount regardless of your deposit. My bonus amount was £.41.00

It's pretty lame in my opinion. I think some casinos search for any reason to not pay winnings. Just my opinion though.

No more Casino Rewards for me. Lesson learned always read the terms and conditions.

If you met the wagering requirements for your bonus before the "Irregular play" they really don't have a case!

Unfortunately I placed those bets before the wagering requirements were met.
Although I can't understand why there are permentaly locking my account.

AFAIC they did you big favour by locking your account, I hope you'll come to see it that way too.
There are plenty of other casinos to choose from, and if you like the free play offers, there are a few in the Accredited casino section here at Casinomeister.

OHHHH...in that case I suppose you should count yourself lucky that they let you cash out the first $50. I'm with the others, there are lots of MG casinos to play, and better groups than CR - who knows, maybe your winning streak will continue at one of them. Good luck!
