    Casino.com /Mansion withdraw probs

Well I have been playing on Casino.com for quite a few months, which is owned by Mansion.

After having a couple of wins, i decided to withdraw.
well that took a bit of time to sort out with all their withdraw rules.
Including sending them a copy of drivers Lic, Credit Card statement, etc.
A few of these items i felt uncomfortable sending.
Like most, they are quick to take your money, but very slow to hand it back,
and seems like a few hurdles put in your way.
Eventually i got most of my winnings.
I kept on playing got a win, then when i went to withdraw, it stated i can not with draw the full amount, but only $300, rest was due to some bonus, which i have no notifications.
Ok then i will take the $300, click withdraw and went into pending.
A few days goes past, i get a email stating my $300 withdraw has been declined, and i need to wager a further $11,000 odd dollars.
    Hey What??????????
So i went and played with that $300 that was reversed, and added a few dollar in deposits and won $1000.
So I went to withdraw, it then stated i cant redraw the $1000 due to some bonuses, but i was able to enter $600 to redraw and went into pending.
Well I got the expected email, saying withdraw of $600 declined due to some bonuses. This is getting crazy..
So i contacted their support again.
Now what they have done now, is my account has been frozen for last 3 days, i cant log-in, and i agreed to freezing the account until they investigate.
When i have spoken to support on the phone, they say i have some active bonuses active, well i wish there was some statement in the account section about all this, there is none.
There support cant even tell me what these bonuses are.
I am being more than patient with them, but my fuse is burning away.

I hope some one from casino.com / mansion reads this and corrects the situation real fast.

Now with no notifications and bonuses summary and status, how do i know when a bonus is in effect or not?
These casinos are all software run, what check and balances are there for fair play?

Is anyone else having similar probs with casino.com or mansion??

If my account gets corrected soon to my satisfaction, i will gladly report this.

You get a pop up once a bonus is added to your account, and you can view them in the transaction history. When you get a bonus at these sites you should always play your balance down to 0.00 before making a new deposit. Otherwise the old bonuses can carry over to your new deposits. I don't know if that's the cause of your problem, but I had that problem once.

    Just rang them again.

They are claiming its due to bonuses.

I told them to turn off all bonuses dont want them since they put a un-realistic wagering policy on them.'

    they unfroze my account .

    played it through

got 2 bonus games that payed little compared how it normally plays.

all the money gone back to them in space of 1 hour or so.

quick to take money, they hate to pay it out.

like all of them, better of going to a real casino.

I've done some extensive testing on Mansion to see if it was worth affiliating with and the bonus credits are a problem and they don't always show up in a pop-up as I found out. Sometimes they are just added as you are playing and you don't even see them.

I had one occasion where I was automatically credited (and notified of) a $92 bonus, played a long time then went to cash out some winnings and it said I could only cashout an amount some $322 less than I wanted to because I had received those in bonuses! I had no idea.

It's a terrible system and if one were a cynic one might think they were being added to stop you cashing out.

One other thing that bugged me was the Live chat pops up from time to time offering you a bonus. Now I am savvy enough to ask what the WR is but that information wasn't offered. Turns out it's 50x. Most inexperienced players will probably say yes and then may find themselves trapped.

And that's peanuts compared to the verification process they put me through. 7 days, 7 emails, two seperate passport photos, utility bill, photographed signature, back and front of credit card and then just to top it all off they want a fax (remember them?) with a signature authorising my CC deposits.

Then you have a 4 day wait for cashouts even when you are verified!

I gave up on 200$ cashout at mansionpoker after about 4 weeks, 10 mails 2 pm's with the rep in here. I had a phone verification, copy of passport, utility bill bank statement both sides of my credit card, and all I got back was DECLINED. They would not tell me why, but they requested copies of everything i sent them over and over again. I refused as my copies was high quality scans. (My passport was scanned at 1460x2088 and my utility bill was scanned at 2381x1144) Thats higher than FullHD, but not clear enough for mansion. F***ing incredible.

Ok, Issue i hope has been resolved.

I have been contacted by casino.com support stating they have approved
the $800 dollar withdraw so hope to see the deposit come through soon.

Now i do have a account on a few other sites like TowerGaming and Allslots.

Both of those sites show bonus stats and status in your accounts page.

My suggestion to Casino.com is to do the same and allow easily to disable the bonus, or choose to delete them.

As a player may keep depositing money, a win occurs some where in the middle,
you get all excited to find out you cannot withdraw any of it.
Also Casino.com should add a little message when they contact you during game play, "Oh we have a offer, if you deposit we will give you 30% bonus"
well there is a consequence if you take this up, as their bonus waging rule comes into effect.

At end of day, Casino.com/mansion have been responsive to my calls and emails and i believe my issue has been solved.
Thanks to Casinomeister for this forum it is of great help and for information.

Withdrawals are slowish, but they always pay up, even large amounts, so wouldnt worry about them.
