    This is Vegas (and my conversation with them)

    Long story short...deposited about a year and a half ago (minimal $25, $40) and got lucky and withdrew $400. Played a bit more and then in January made my last deposit $50 and withdrew $591. All totaled deposited $275..withdrew $991.00. After the last withdrawal I would log in and all the bonuses were gone. Not even 10% for a Usemywallet deposit. Basically I wrote them off. Was looking around today and thought I would download them again for another shot. Well, no bonuses...soooo..I emailed support. Finally someone actually said it...your account has been red flagged by security so no bonuses. I told them that was fine with me it is out of my control if I win or lose..it is THEIR software (it doesn't take a genius to figure out I play a handful of games and that is it). A casino can do as it chooses and so can I. I closed my account permanently and uninstalled. I don't need to play at a place that treat's their players this way. My 2 cents and just remember that if you do win (with a bonus) you'll probably never see one again

    This is the end of the story....Richard from Customer Service sends me an email asking to verify that I really want to close my account and please give them a reason. So...I do....explaining my reasons (no bonuses, poor treatment, yadda, yadda, and I get an email in return from some that says they have closed my account and "disabled all promotional emails"...WTF? I haven't received a promotional email from them EVER. I wrote back and asked them if they are all insane? I wouldn't play there for ANY amount of "free" money....I'm done...another toddy is calling

    Hi, TIV closed my account last year after I cashed out on a bday free chip. That's pretty low IMO-its like they have punished me for having a birthday win.

    OK-beat this one, superior casino a while back, banned me from bonuses. On this account-I reversed 9k of cash-outs in a 4 hour period-and lost it all.

    Now take in mind also that they were having cash-out issues at the time-so the whole 9k should of been paid weeks before the reverse mare!

    Basically there wankers-fuck-em!

    Hold on, this is an entirely different thing. If they exclude you from bonuses, fine but they are saying you are red-flagged by security therefore no bonuses. This is an insult because security has nothing to do with it. You arent committing fraud for pete's sake. I ran into the same thing and closed both my accounts at Cocoa and Pardise 8. I think we should post more of these experiences here so new players will get a taste of what could befall them.

    After reversing a 9K cashout the casino should have offered you tons of attractive bonusses. Treating a good customer like this instead is absolutely a No Go! Although I wasnt bonus banned in Rivals so far, reading this raises my red flags concerning my play in that casino.

    Chuchu.....this was the email from last night...the only thing I have EVER done at this casino is deposit...and withdraw twice. I am totally disappointed in the way these casinos treat people. And, I think everybody that this has happened to needs to say something. New players need to be aware of this behavior.

    On another note....if I played back 9K I would expect presents...lots and lots of presents

    Richard: Please don't take this personally but I like to play where I am appreciated. Red flagging my account due to 2 wins, and deleting all bonus offers, does not make for loyal players. If my $720 net profit is hurting the bottom line I'm thinking it is a good thing I wasn't betting $5 or $10 a spin. YOUR software determines if I win or lose..not me. I only choose the games..you control them. If you bonus ban people for winning then why offer the bonuses? I cashed out $2700 from a differnt Rival with only $500 in deposits...I still have a 100% match bonus. Obviously it has to be one with a different owner. I would think in order to get some of your money back you would want me to play (even with a bonus the odds are slim I would cashout). But since I obviously do not matter...closing my account was appropriate...and uninstalling is easy. Most of the comments from the Casinomeister Forum are true about Rival's and that is too bad.

    Thanks...(from a former player..there are more Rivals out there) and if not..RTG is fun.

    ****Please note at this point I was getting a little annoyed with them****
