Most Rivals should be on Rogue list

I am still in shock that a few months ago I became Bonus banned from all the Rivals except Slotto cash. I never have abused the bonuses. I have deposited tons of money in there. I was shocked when this happened and am still bonus banned. I always played and never cashed out way after the requirements were met. They were not huge jackpots they were 300 dollar ones perhaps the largest one was one thousand. I have been bonus banned at many of them that I never even won anything at. The one who opened up bonus for me was Paradise 8. There bonuses were sneaky though. I played this one bonus and won 700 from them but could only cashin 300. When I wrote and asked why, they stated I should have looked more closely at the " sneaky bonus rules" yes it said you can't cash in more then 7 times of your deposit. Anyway, I think these Rivals really need to answer for these bonus bans that are wrong to do to players that never did anything to deserve this.

Trust me, you are not alone...after winning too much (I guess) and not depositing enough, no bonuses, no email, nada (at most).....they seem to have no concept of keeping a player who would play if they offered something once in a blue moon

Thanks for letting me know that I am not alone here. Literally this situation has made me sick to my stomach. I played and deposited so much money in many of Rival casinos and because of a few small wins,( at 3 rival casinos, then all the Rivals bonus ban me,except slotto cash) After a few months when I wrote them and asked why am I still bonus banned? I have been playing here without bonuses these passed few months. They reply, " we can't explain why however because you are still red flagged we can not open up bonuses for you but will contact you if this changes". I feel nauseous about this. Even after all these months I played there without a bonus. I feel just as sick as when I was told I was bonus banned for no real reason except they never want you to cash in any amount of money at all.

I use to be a HUGE Rival player - I only now rarely play @ Slotto. Their bonus terms have gotten silly and once when I won on a free chip I had to deposit from QT to be able to cash out ( which I could understand them wanting some ID verification - but I had deposited in the past w/ QT ) and then I was given no more bonuses I am basically done w/ Rival and its sad because US has so few choices these days.

Thanks, I am pretty sure at this point I am done with most of the Rivals as well. Except slotto cash. They never bonus banned me and this is the casino I have won the most money at.Yes the ones that bonus banned me the most I have won was 1000 dollars. Strange but I say give it time and most will ditch playing Those Rivals

Well, this is plain PREDATORY. Misleading players into believing that a bonus ban will be lifted if they continue to "show loyalty". It also seems you have done NOTHING "wrong", and EVERYTHING "right".

Although slotto doesn't USE the database, I bet it CONTRIBUTES to it.

I believe Rival ALSO have a policy of bonus banning players SIMPLY FOR WINNING, even though they may well have kept to the other unwritten rules of the database.

This database is SHARED, even between UNRELATED Rival casinos. For example, those run by Silverstone Overseas can ALSO see what you are up to at those run by Bonne Chance, and vice versa. This database looks like it breaches privacy laws in the extent of data shared BETWEEN different operators using Rival software.

    A simple exercise might demonstrate.

Add up your deposits at ALL Rival casinos (even Slotto), and then add up ALL your withdrawals.

Next, see if in total your withdrawals exceed your deposits, meaning that whilst you have lost in some Rival casinos, you have WON overall on the software. This, I believe, is why you are STILL flagged after months of play without bonuses at the others, your good fortune at Slotto may be keeping you ahead.

Solution - tell Rival casinos that bonus ban you that you will NOT play there any longer, you can labour the point about unfairness at individual Rival casinos you are DOWN at. Further, tell them that OTHER Rival casinos are STILL offering you bonuses, and these are the ones that you will continue to play at.

Currently - I bet many are thinking "what a mug - he continues to deposit believing he will somehow get back on the bonus list by showing loyalty, so we are making money - no need to offer him anything at the moment"

Many of the "secrets" behind this central database have been revealed, some directly, others by looking at cause and effect. One BIG cause and effect I have seen posted is that these bonus bans often follow on from a substantial cash-out at just one or two Rival casinos.

It looks very much as if they are operating as a "cartel", with there separateness not as "separate" as they would have us believe.

SlottoCash often gets the plaudits, and is it a coincidence that Slotto is about the ONLY Rival casino that is NOT part of this "cartel", but is genuinely run on the model of the operator merely LICENSING the software from the software vendor.

We would be pretty surprised if a player won a huge amount at, say, 32Red, and then found themselves bonus banned at OTHER Microgaming casinos as a result, even ones they were down at. With Rival, this is "routine", and merely produces the odd "bitch & moan", sometimes blowing up into a full Rant.

Kudos to Slotto! Let's not forget with all the weirdness they've done a great job.

Yes, Sloto's bonus terms have gotten silly. High WRs combined with uncashable bonuses and min cashouts. It seems they try to use every trick in the book to prevent you from cashing out unless you get very lucky.

Thank you for letting us know all about this information. All the more reason Most of the Rivals should be on the Rogue lists. Atleast they should come and answer for this to start with. When I was first Bonus banned I wrote to a few of the reps I found on here about it here and not one of them wrote me back.

I live in the Netherlands, and for that reason I'm bonus banned by default at most Rivals, but not all of them.
Sloto, Vegas Regal, Fortune Reel and Slot Power have never denied me any bonus, and a few weeks ago I started to receive promo's from Da Vinci' Gold, and to my big surprise the offered bonusus were really available in the cashier, so it seems they have unbanned me too.
Weird thing is, that was just after I cashed out 450 (the max) from a free chip
    at FR.
So to me it seems that these Rivals are capable of taking their own decisions, database or not.

For me its very simple, I only play at the Rivals that offer me a bonus, I like the games, and my playbudget is small these days.

I think its really a shame that they bonus-ban loyal players for cashing out, casino's give bonusus to attract players, now they are chasing them away..
