This is one old slot players view but Rival really needs to understand the definition of consistancy. This is with all aspects of what they do from Customer Support, withdrawals, bonuses, etc. It is a fact (only because I am living proof), you can dump a pile of money in to one of them and you will get offer after offer. Win (and my estimation is double your deposits or more) and those bonus offers in the cashier section disappear faster than my money does at a land based casino. (Within minutes) I deposited for about 6 months at one particular Rival and had tons of bonus offers, a few free chips until yesterday, when after playing for 2 days (yes two days I wouldn't give up and got p.o. and kept at it), I finally hit Scary 2 and cashed out $1050. In my cashier section 7 bonus offers disappeared almost immediately and now the highest is 40%. Or, like at most others after winning I'll be totally bonus banned. It took about 8 months for Slotto to give me a bonus after cashing out last October. At any rate...I like the games so I suck it up and play but I think the conspiracy theory is true

    Same here!
My last cash-out last year was October, then I did get a good bonus in November (which I bust out on), but after that all sensible bonuses just stopped for about 6-months.
So I didn't play there until they suddenly started the good bonuses again in May.
I made a good profit from one, but I haven't withdrawn it all yet and at the moment I still have a reasonable 100% offer in the cashier. Time will tell if this vanishes when I withdraw the rest of my winnings...

As to Rivals being rogued over their bonus policy; I can't agree with that. Bonuses are just that; a bonus - not due to players by right. All casinos can chose who they do & do not give bonuses to, and as long as they are up front about it and don't try to trap or rip-off players then we can't really complain. We still do though!

I guess I'm trying to understand the mentality....here's where I'm coming from...last November we were in Laughlin,Nevada....I hit $1800+ on a slot machine. Rather than ignoring me I have been getting comps in the mail every week. Free rooms, free food, free money, etc. Have we been back..yes! Have I won anything since..no...but I don't pay for food and my husband eats like a lumberjack All I'm saying is they treat you much differently and the mentality is completely different. Someone treats me right I will be back....you don't, I uninstall

that's the USA. Imho it seems most of these online casinos don't really understand US consumers or the US market. I'm not sure why.

From my own personal experience, there is ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that player information IS SHARED between casinos. Another poster pointed out in the Rival communique' to Bryan that information IS shared between properties for customer service uses, so its London to a brick that it is shared for other reasons behind the scenes.

It would serve Rival a lot better to come out and just state WHAT information they share and WHY, instead of continuing to deny what everyone knows to be true.

I love Rival games, but I refuse to play where I am treated like some kind of criminal and denied what is offered to other regular players. Mind you, its been a positive in some ways as I have re-discovered why 32Red and Buzzluck and 3Dice have such good reputations.

Rival Rob would always throw up his usual Spin Dr routine when players realised they'd tweaked something again. But unfortunately most people got suckered still.

After hearing the blah...blah...blah I realised most Rivals were a disaster waiting to happen.

IMHO when they (Rival) figured that players don't care about the constant slot tweaking because they kept dropping cash, the next move was to introduce this fluffed up bonus abuser rule.

Now you'd think people would stop playing - I would. But no people continued depositing and in effect this told Rival that again you can stiff players because we will keep depositing.

Well...All disgruntled players here have two choices.

One: Keep depositing and wait until Rival pull another rabbit our of the hat that will screw you even further.

    Or

Two: Stop depositing and boycott them.

Money or lack of deposits will send a strong message to Rival to stop these stupid shenanigans.

    Cheers

I completely agree with you T. I have yet to actually deposit at a Rival casino but was seriously considering for my slot fix this weekend. This whole thread has made me reconsider. I think if a casino gives a bonus and the player wins they should suck it up and pay it and not punish the customer later by denying future bonuses. That customer will remain happy and may continue to deposit in the future. If the casino is going to bonus ban somebody for using the bonus that the casino offers then I think they should not do any bonuses period. I gotta say people online casinos are starting to be a chore instead of fun. I was wondering why the Rivals did not appear in the accredited section of casinomeister. I guess now I know why!

They really have much more explaining to do. I spent so much money in those Rivals and because I won a few hundred dollars all my bonuses are gone. They bonus ban you if you win anything over 500 dollars it seems like. This ban on me has gone on for a few months now. When I ask different casinos they say I am " Red Flagged": how ridiculous. I never did anything to be red flagged or bonus banned. Basically you have to come in there to loose and then you will continue to get the bonuses....I also am seeing so many upgrades all the time to the Rival casinos. I am not talking about when they add any new games. Just some strange updates. The more updates they do it feels the tighter the casinos have been as well.

If a casino should bonus-ban me, I will play somewhere else. Playing high-variance games without a bonus is too expensive IMO.

    Cheers Balky
