    thumbs down grandprive,voucher problem

    Hi folks,
I just would like to have your opinion on this issue.
I recieved today the e-magazine from the grandprive group.
there was a $200 voucher inside.
I logged in at the casino (grand bay).My balance was 0.
I redeemed the voucher and i said i would be credited within 24 hours.
Ok,went back to casino home and my balance was $50.
I red on the casino-crush forums that people found $50 in their grand bay account stated as 'best buy' ,whatever that may be.I thought i maybe recieved that also.
So i contacted support to ask. Here a transcript of the chat sesion.
After being a loyal player ,i think i have been treated not so nice in the end of the chatsession. And can they get away by just saying ther was a misprint on my voucher?

    peter: .....................
Jonathan: Thank you Peter. How may i assist you?
peter: Hi i recieved a voucher for $200 (thanks) in the e-magazine,while i claimed it i went back to home at the casino and then i saw a balance of $50
Jonathan: Please wait while i review your account Peter.
peter: I red in a forum that some people recieved also $50 but my question is that recieved now 2 bonusses after eachother, should there be a problem now?
Jonathan: I Peter there will be no problem, if you received the $200 voucher you can redeem it in the casino home page, there is a tab on the left hand side that says cd redemption.
peter: ok thx i redeemed it 6 hourds ago,any idee when it will show up?
Jonathan: It should be credited immediately. Let me check your account Peter to see what the problem could be.
Jonathan: Hi Peter did you receive one or two vouchers?
    peter: i recieved one voucher
peter: i can give you the number if you want
Jonathan: Can i please have the voucher number please.
    peter: .............
Jonathan: Thank you Peter. Please hold while i verify the number.
    peter: ok
Jonathan: Hi peter i have Reviewed your account, it shows a transaction on your account that you have already redeemed the bonus, irrespective of what the forum say, a player can only redeem a bonus voucher once.
    peter: but i didn't redeem a bonus
    Darren: Good day Peter
Darren: I have reviewed your account
    peter: wait pls
    peter: can i explain?
Darren: You have claimed the bonus today which was a total of $50.00
    peter: but i didn't claim,it showed up
peter: after i claimed the $200 voucher
Darren: If the voucher was for $50.00 this would have been credited to your account. If it was for $200.00 the system would have credited it accordingly.
peter: but i recieved a voucher here for $200
peter: Darran pls i am not a bonus abuser or something, just a loyal player to the grandprive group
Darren: There was a misprint on the actual letter the voucher was in fact for $50.00
peter: Well ok if it goes like this,i think its time to contact casinomeister forum
Darren: I am sorry that you feel that way but this was unfortunately an error and the voucher was in fact credited to your account.
    peter: ok thanks bye Darran
    Darren: Have a wonderful day
Darren: It has been a pleasure assisting you.
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to ....... at the end of your chat.

Think yourself lucky to get $50.

I have lost £3600 ($8000) there, and my reward for such "loyalty" was to be REMOVED from their bonus list altogether.

Your experience of treatment of loyal players is not exceptional, it is the norm for them.

A casino that valued players would have asked for proof you received the offer as $200, and would have made up the difference if you could send the proof. In effect, they would take the hit for their own mistake, and not expect the player to.
They could have recovered the mistake by not sending you the next couple of vouchers, and you would not feel so hard done by.

Their argument over $150 with 30x WR on slots could end up costimg them $1000s in future deposits.
Their argument with ME over being told I am not valued enough to take part in what was available for "everyone" has probably cost them several TENS of thousands in gross deposits over the year and a bit that followed (possibly even 100K+ given what their offers and promotions were).

    Thanks vinyl for your reply,

For me the same,i have deposit at least about $5000 at there casino's.
And the also took me from their promotional list.(a bit stupid from them because many times i deposit using their promotions)
But i had to send them a copy of my voucher.I did and the answer was they will not honouring the offer i recieved because it was a printing error beyond their control.Yeah sure...
Anyway i will not deposit anymore at grand prive.
Its not really about the $150 but more the way they treat loyal customers.
Because if it was really a misprint then i was the only member of them who recieved a misprint???????sure....

I doubt that it was a misprint. Who gave your name to marketing? Grand Prive! Unfortunately you have run up against their bull headed management. They don't care how many loyal players they lose. There's plenty of players out there to be had. (Pun intended.) They removed me from their promo list 2 years ago even though most of my deposits were without bonuses. I removed them from my computer.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

I =After reading around here I guess I was Lucky -- I won $135,000 and I actually got paid (a year and maybe 3 months ago) Then I guess because I didn't blow any back in they removed me from their prom list as well....I got a $200 voucher as well and it actually redemed for $200 but I will never ever put any $$ back into that place as their treatment of loyal customers is crap. I would of , over time, put money back in..I guess the hope you put back what you got fast...their lossers......

I received their glossy magazine today, and it has a £100 voucher code in it, so I will see if:

    1) It works at all
    2) I actually get £100

I am surprised they have not done more to lure me back, maybe THEY should have bought out Casino Action and my player records, and I am sure another 25% to £25,000 offer would materialize (YES - Grand Privvy did indeed send me that before the ban - I ignored it)
