    confused with golden reef casino

i was getting ready to make a deposit when this pop up came on and said spin the wheel, well i did and i had 20.00 in my acct and then 35.00. i was gonna play it out so i went to one game and got it up to over 600.00, when i went to live chat they didnt have a clue, i asked what are the w/r and max cashout and got what i think was a runaround by the first girl, she said it would be in my acct within the hour lol well it was already there duh what did i make the 600.00 from. i then went back on chat and was trying to ask a guy this time and he gave me a link that really i couldnt understand. he acted like i was a bother to him and yet i have been making deposits here. they sure dont have the c/s as 3 -dice or inetbet and could use some manners imo only. well heres my screenie to show, i dont know how to put up my playcheck but it shows wheel win and then ending balance over 600.00. you know it was a freebie and i had fun with it but i sure would like to know what went on cause they sure dont, is there a rep. on here that can explain?.......laurie.............p.s it was pretty to see all those scatters

Just withdraw your money and don't play anymore. I believe their software will tell you if you have met their wagering requirements. At least you don't have to worry about your money being confiscated, or being paid in a timely manner. Goldenreef is a 1st class casino.

Aha! Could this be the reason for suspension of the eCOGRA seal?

I'm not sure about GR specifically, but at most MG's you can 'hover' your mouse pointer over your balance while in the lobby & it will show if you have any bonus chips in your account. If you haven't then you should be good to withdraw.
It should also show in the 'cashier', as markjacob said.

As to poor CS - what can I say?
I had a live chat with one from a Meister accredited casino on Sunday; I was very politely pointing out an error on their website and the guy was almost treating me like a liar or an idiot!
I'm normally pretty passive, but I very nearly lost my rag with this bloke.
It's a shame some good casinos are let down by inept CS.

    Wheel of Cash

This sounds like their "Wheel of Cash". When logging on, and after some previous play, this will offer a chance to win a free chip between 10 and 500 credits. Lower values are favoured (naturally). It is possible to have more than one waiting when you log on, and they should play one after the other until the "Message of the day" displays. In order to persuade the lobby to update, it may be necessary to log out, and log in again.
These will appear as bonus chips, and then the Microgaming bonus system takes over.
When your bonus balance reaches zero, you are free to cash out.

This group is not normally associated with poor CS, although there can be occasions when their CS staff fail to appreciate the issue at hand, and supply the answer to the wrong question.

There are other groups with worse CS, yet they have retained their eCogra seals, so I doubt this was the cause of their suspension.

Clearly, this group needs to do something about these issues NOW, as the continuing information vacuum and speculation is causing them loss of business, both new and existing players. The longer this is allowed to drag on, the harder it will be for them to recover to their former glory.

They WERE, but it seems some distinctly THIRD class management got hold of them.
