Angry Please help Casino Bellini feedback

Hi joined Casino Bellini after I was invited after logging out of Casino Europa. I think they are a sister casino to Europa as the live dealers are the same for roulette.

On the face of it everything seemed great, rave reviews the internet seems overloaded with recommendations - greta bonus - but no player reviews maybe I should have heeded a warning! This is quite a new casino and needs to be looked into!!!

I am in dispute over a delayed payment and none of my emails are being answered although documents have been requested and sent!

I have pitched my exact bitch to the casinomeister.

Everytime I have tried their toll free UK phone line there is no reply. Also after speaking to one rep and the Manager online noone ever picks up!!!

The last email was merely to request the same ID I already sent and another confirmation of deposit form. In the conversation online they said that it could take 14 days.

Noone answers my specific questions as regards have I met wagering requirement on initial deposit & bonus. I think I have because I lost it so further winnings were made from other deposits and should not be counted as part of this.

The casino Bellini was actually recommended as a NUMBER 1 casino site on a site which said avoid casinos where there is noone on the end of the phoneline.

The Casino Bellini (I know a poor name) does not seem to appear on this site which makes me doubly worried as I know people know the best casinos here!!!

Feedback on dealings with casino Bellini please!!!!

They are based in the Phillipines which may not be a good sign and are powered by Playtech.

I have sent off required ID and it was accepted for first withdrawal, when I won more after cashin in before pending period on first withdrawal and won more this is when they said an extra 7 days would be needed, then they requested the same ID again and more confirmation of deposit requests - I sent these no reply!!!! 14 days for a cheque withdrawal seem ridiculous anyway. And I am still pending from 13/7/07 ....

Will update if things improved. Also there is no wagering requirement indicator so hard to keep track of this. I have asked that should they have not been met for funds to be redeposited back to account - but no reply!!! If they void my withdrawal I could lose all winnings XXXX

    Feedback please....

yes you are right - Bellini is a sister Casino of Europa casino. I had an email from Europa and was invited to play at Bellini. Had a really big Bonus over. But I haven't met the wager req..

But Bellini has a online support team you can talk. Don't you have the online support button on there game site?

I think you will be paid, but they have a 5 day pending period for withdrawals.

Have you tried this phone number : nternational: +63-2-756-7946

    Unhappy Thanks Jeff

Nice to get a reply...glad this site is an active one.

I am worried about using the international one because of charges although I tried on my mobile and it did say ' welcome to casino Bellini'

I have tried their toll free UK number - doesn't work - tried several times.

the only thing I have managed to do is occasionally get online support in the early hours!! Thought these services were 24/7?

Last night I did seem to be getting somewhere the operator online gave me a date as 31 July when I should have the check/cheque - that does seem a long time though from 13/7/07 don't you think? 18 days they said not to include weekends in the pending period! 18 days seems excessive, I deposited by credit card but they will not refund to credit card....

Also I verified with the operator had I met wagering requirement - they said yes. Thought so as I lost the initial bonus and deposit, Winnings were made from further deposits...

Just to verify things I asked for a copy of chat - the operator advised mail support is this usual? I could not copy or paste from screen is this nomal?

As regard casino Bellini's email they simply send this each time I ask questions including the chat copy request:

    Dear xxxxxx,

A FAQ article you submitted recently was accepted by our technicians.
    Thank you for your contribution!

The article you submitted (which may have been changed by our staff):

    Title:

    Question:

    Answer:

We value your input, and welcome further contributions.

so they don't even give an answer or copy of the question you ask....Just this blank form everytime which I do not think is acceptable customer service....

So I have no copy of chat but the advisor did say copies were recorded for each chat session!

I tried clearing up the wagering issue by email but every specific question gets the blank FAQ form above - an excuse of a response.

Casino Europa seems better as they have a toll free number which works I spoke to the m about Bellini - they know about them but could not hlp further...

I am concerned I am getting the 'hear what you want' response when I finallyu get through...

The operator assured me that I already should not see a 'cancelling your pending withdrawal option' anymore as enough time had passed. They do not give you an option to flush cancelling withdrawal period.

I do not want to be tempted to reverse withdrawal in 18 days!!! 4 days already gone and that is the usual period...

Well logged back in today - and as soon as I go to cashier I am still getting 'Your account has Pending withdrawals :You might prefer canceling a pening withdrawal instead of proceeding with another deposit'

Clearly a case of trying to get me to reverse withdrawal and spend it - easier than sending a check?

What hurts is I feel untruths have been told or in the very least poor service. I am getting the 'they are a different department' routine. Surely in a good company they should be able to communicate properly between departments?

This morning as I said I got no chat copy just the FAQ form as I explained.

Obviously need to stay put with withdrawal which is £xxxx need the cash for credit card. Don't know why they dont do credit withdrawals?

I have P MY B with casinomeister so hopefully he will update me on what he thinks.

Would be nice though to hear someone who has made a successful withdrawal by check with Bellini as I see Jeff you have not tried yet because of not meeting requirement!!!

Just try mailing them with a question and you will see what I mean!!!!

Only joy I have got from mail is request for ID again which I sent again and more confirmation of deposit signed copy which I sent....

I did cancel the first withdrawal and then won some more so had a larger withdrawal the 13/07/07 one. But ID and deposit confirmation letter was accepted for first so I do not see why a withdrawal for a couple 1000 more should be a problem unless it is sooo much money for them..

What annoys me is that on this latest withdrawal they did say the usual pending period. Then after saying this they said because of the 'large withdrawal' further checks were necessary, and several documents. Well this seems a u-turn.

I sent the documents they requested but they asked again for more so I sent the same ones again and another deposit confirmation as I did make one more deposit.

    WHERE NEXT?

I will keep you all posted about Bellini I am really hoping casinomeister will check the waters with them.

    What a long post!

I've numbered a few of your points:-
    1. This is extremely common. Very few non-UK casinos refund to cards - especially mastercard.
    2. Yes - at the 'slightly shady' places.
    3. No. Could you even highlight the text using mouse left-button & drag? If so, but the right-button did not bring up the 'copy' option, then press ctrl+C on your keyboard. Go to Word (or other suitable program) and press ctrl+V.
If that doesn't work, take a screenshot (See Q&A section here for a guide).

Sounds like another 'dodgy operator' (Europa's Playtech isn't it?).
Sorry for your problem. I expect you will get paid in the end, but it may take some time.
In future I suggest you only stick to casinos recommended by CM or one of the other webmasters here.

Yes a long mail Im young alot of money to me...

Thanks for the cut and paste tip!!!

At last someone who also sees the shady side, would I be better off returning dunds abck to account and trying something like moneybookers/firepay/ukash. I am trying moneybookers but seems difficult to verify! What would you recommend?

Withdrawal still pending but what people say about checks makes me think twice...Especially with a company I am having problems communicating with!

However I am asking CMs advice so should I leave as Pending cheque or change to a different option for security!

why don't you choose payment by bank transfer. in all Playtech this withdrawal option is available for withdraws over 500 Euro.
After 5 day pending time the withdrawal is processed, and three days later the money is in your local bank account. And no fees at all.

You have made your cash out at 13/07/07, so only 4 days passed now. So keep waiting, you met the wag. req. , so you will be paid. Be sure.

I love the Europa Casino , and the support there, never had a problem at all, I think that with Bellini it will be the same. Because it is the same team.

    Good luck, keep us updated.

I doubt they will be any more "efficient" with any other payment method. They may then tell you that they can't withdraw to another method as you have never deposited that way.
The time taken to receive the first withdrawal is not the real problem, this is fairly common. What IS poor is the complete shambles that is called "customer service", from a phone number that doesn't work, to staff that cannot read and comprehend an E-mail. Live chat seems just as bad also.
These casinos seem to be spammers too, and sit at the less reputable end of the market, yet have managed to stay out of the rogue limelight.
There are accredited Playtech casinos here, so best try one of them, it will be the same software, so same games for the most part. Many Playtech sites seem to view us Brits as "dangerous" (just like the Danes & Dutch are viewed), and have draconian bonus terms, so check first.

    SOME Progress

Hi had a reply from the playtech rep to say things had been processed, however had to complain again.

I am sure I requested a local cheque which I was told would be quicker

The withdrawal has now been approved but this is the reply I got:

    Dear xxxxxxx,

Thank you for choosing Casino Bellini.

We are glad to inform you that we have processed your withdrawal request, code
2709840, for the total amount of £4,007.05.

For your convenience, please note the withdrawal details:

    Bank Draft:
The total amount of £4,007.05 was paid out using a bank draft and will be sent
out to your account's mailing address within one business day.

Please allow up to 21 days for the Bank Draft to reach you by regular mail.

I was told by 31st July at the latest I logged onto chat and asked why my payment option was changed without my knowledge - sure I requested a cheque sent out in UK symbol had changed from OTHER to bankers draft - approved!!!

I QUESTIONED why the draft sent out in one business day should take 21 days? The receiving date I was given was 15 AUGUST!!!! This sucks....

even I can work out 21 days from 13/7/07 withdrawal date would be 5 August!!!

Then they said weekends had to be taken into account!!

I went on another casino last night and lost a ton so I really need these funds!!!

I understand if this thread now gets moved to casino complaints....

This casino has let the Playtech rep think my withdrawal has now been processed when in fact the check might not arrive for another 21 days!!!

I cannot wotk out whether they are holding back the physical check for 21 days or they are sending out the cheque in one business day from yesterdays approval and it takes up to 21 days to arrive!!!

I am not able to deposit more as I have reached casino deposit limit. So you would think they would be eager to pay me out so I would play again....

But no - it seems they are delaying a physical payment that could be sent out easily!

Why bother saying 1 business day for processing - then allowing 21 days to arrive at bottom in the 'small print'?

You would have to be blind to miss it!!!

PS It does sound like they are saying we have processed the withdrawal but we can send it out as late as we like maybe in 14 days time which means it could arrive in 21 days if you are lucky!

Also I think I may be charged for a bankers draft which is why I clicked on local cheque - didn't think I was selecting a draft.

They keep saying don't worry you will receive payment in which case why do they not make an effort to get it out quickly and efficiently - holding onto funds?

It may arrive a lot quicker than 21 days, as you are in the UK. If it takes 21 days, then they are lying about it actually having been sent. This argument has been raised before, amnd it seems that "processed" just means the casino have instructed their payment processor to send the cheque. The delay after this is probably made up of 3/4 days actually in the post, and up to 17 days languishing in a queue at the payment proccessor.
When I request "local cheques" from Neteller, they are actually posted, not just "proccessed" when they become "accepted", they take either 3 or 4 days to arrive, and this is a measure of how long it takes from posting to delivery here in the UK. Further delay is down to the casino and it's processor getting round to actually putting the cheque in the mail.
If the casino is being honest, you should expect the cheque next week at the latest (barring another postal strike that might add a day or two).
