Slots of vegas not paying winnings
Here is the case.
Registered to www.slotsofvegas.com 23th of february and started playing.. Busted a 200$ and returned 11th of March because of their email bonus campaign.
Won a nice amount and requested a withdrawal of 1262$ the same day. Left additional 250$ to my account. Sent the required documents and security fax back form 15th of march. Today got an email that my withdrawal of 300$ will be processed.
They told me the following,

Ok. Prismcasino is a sister casino of slotsofvegas, should not affect this issue. And then another hour of Hold ons and This conversation is overs. Then found an interesting thing, google had cached their website the following day to my withdraw request.
slotsofvegas terms 12th of march
At the cached page you can see that the main site is linked to that address. Also putting http://www.slotsofvegas.com/ to google and looking through the Cached pages, you can see that I am right.
No mention about finland. They changed the terms this week, shouldnt affect my situation.
I was referred to this casino by a friend, and finally when they realized I had proof that they were lying about the date of terms change, they told me that I am part of a group. And that being finnish was the easiest reason to explain.
Could someone please help me with this issue?
Last word from casino support, probably a support manager of some sort (the support gave me his direct address), was that they will refund my deposits, and keep the remaining 962$, although the reason for withelding winnings was changed.
I have screenshots of both my account and chat transcripts, and I have saved all the cached pages to my HD, in case they get overwritten in google servers.
Any help appreciated!

Just had a trawl through the rules, they have some EVIL rules that even allow them to apply max cashout to deposits WITHOUT any bonus attached.

I played with 250% bonus. The point is, they added Finland to the list of bonus restricted/banned countries AFTER I deposited/played/withdrawed.

They are blatantly lying. Exact the same thing happened according to someone from the Netherlands. He's aware of this topic and will possibly post his experiences as well.

Yes here I am, exact the same story:
That is interesting, I have the same problem with SoV when getting my winnings from february, and also found out that the Google cache proves I'm right that where changing there terms AFTER 12 march, but they tell us it goes in from the 1th march.
- I signed up on 1th march at Slots of Vegas. Deposited 100 and got a bonus and got busted.
- on 5 march I get an email with a nice reload. I deposit 200 and play for the wagering requirements. On 7 march I witdraw 2400 dollars (bonus already deducted). I wait for my payment to be done. Last sunday I get a neteller emailmessage that the witdrawal was canceled, and another email that I wil get back 300 dollars. No explaination whatsoever, but I guess there refunding my original deposits 100+200.
I tried contacting them by mail and livechat, only they would tell me that of 1th march some countries where banned.
I did some googling and found this for Slots of Vegas:
they clearly added the link on the bottom of the page to "Read also Slots of Vegas's Terms and Conditions.
At the complete bottom of the page (the part "Rules - Terms and conditions - etc), on the old page from Google cache the Terms and Conditions links to http://www.slotsofvegas.com/terms.asp And on their updated page they link to
And when you do a final search on Google for the page terms_conditions.asp -> the page is not found in the Google Cache, so it probably has been added after 12 March!!!
In my opinion they make a couple of mistakes:
- they try to refer to the terms and condiitions on the Prism Casino website. How could a new customer ever know he should be looking on the website of an other casino? (Even if they are sister casinos!)
- If they claim that from 1th march some countries are bonus banned, they should change their software that it doesn't allow redeeming coupons for that country. This looks very easy to me. But I could redeem a coupon on the 1th march and still on 5th March. They blame it on a system error, but I think you can't blame the system. You operate the casino and system, so it is the casinos mistake!
- they clearly didn't upload the new Terms to the website of Slots of Vegas on the 1th march. This has been done after 12 march. Again their mistake!

He thinks that we are some kind of a syndicate in The Netherlands. What is the problem if several people from the netherlands sign up? They like new customer, and on a dutch gambling forum somebody mentioned this casino and that they had a great signup bonus, so of course several people signed up overthere!!!!
Will I ever get the winnings?

and I checked our old gambling forum and I found that the first time we talked about Slots of Vegas was after 7 march as far as i know. After this date a lot of people from the netherlands signed up at Slots of Vegas.
So I never believe that they changed there

does anybody know if Prism and SoV still belong to the virtual group?
Because from the virtual site I have this:

You must fulfill 30 times play through requirements on Blackjack and Video Poker and 20 times on all other games (deposit amt. plus bonus received) before withdrawal requests. If you do redeem a bonus that does not conform to this rule, all winnings from that deposit will be null and void, and your deposit will be returned. And 12 march is not 1th march!
I didn't mention this to Chris the manager because my idea was that Prism and SoV weren't part of the virtual group anymore...

FINLAND not on the list. There were no restrictions to playes from Finland when I played. And did meet all their requirements.
Any suggestions what I should do next?
