ok that is a little good news I guess, because if their part of Virtual, I assume their following the same T&C and this rule has gone in from 12 march. And I played and withdraw from 5 till 7 march!

I will contact Virtual and Prism again, I hope they will listen

Rather looks like they are adding countries to the list, but leaving the "as from March 2004" bit, and then claiming that those countries have "always been excluded from these promotions".

This is just a novel way of invoking an "F U Clause" for when they don't like how someone has played. Slip in a new term, and then claim it has always been there and the player must have missed it.

The website looks nice and appealing, but also very dodgy. Figures it would turn out to be an outfit with the upstanding reputation of Virtual.

That is not true. SoV terms did not state that Finland is a bonus restricted country. You changed the terms to the SoV website later on, and made false statements about the date of changing the terms.

SoV terms 16th of march says nothing about restricting finnish players from bonuses. I played in Feb and March, and made a withdraw 11th of March. And read the terms both times. You added Finland to the list and later claimed that it has been there since 2004.
