King Solomon: 100% Reload Bonus not credited

    Here is my story:

In December I played at King Solomon Casino and got there great welcome bonus of £100. Everything fine here.

I then realized that there is a monthly reload bonus also. In order to get the monthly reload bonus you need to deposit £200 during the month. The bonus offer will then be sent to you via email within the first week of the following month.

This is the text from King Solomons website:
To qualify for this fantastic offer on a monthly basis is very easy.

Make £200 in purchases during the month and we will email you with the 100% Reload Bonus offer in the 1st week of the next month.
I thought that it was a pretty good offer so I made a second deposit of £100 in order to meet the required £200. Then I played and and risked the money.

The first week of January I expected to receive an email with the reload bonus. But I did not receive any email. That is what I am complaining about. The terms and conditions clearly states that the bonusoffer "will" be sent if £200 or more was deposited the previous month.

I contact support and first I am told that this is an error and that I will receive the bonus shortly. But nothing happens.

So I contact support several times and finally I am told that I will not get the bonus. The reason is that the email was not sent to me and that "Only selected players qualify for such offer".

My complaint is that this is not stated anywhere in the Terms. The Terms clearly states that you "will" receive an email. If you deposit £200 or more. Not that maybe you simply wont...

The way I see it King Solomon encourage players to deposit money and risk them by promising a bonus. But it is a false promise when the bonus is not offered after all.

So actually the terms are: Make £200 in purchases during the month and we will email you with the 100% Reload Bonus offer in the 1st week of the next month if we feel like it. Maybe we wont it's a chance you will have to take.

I suggest that King Solomon either live up to there promise or change the terms and conditions.

Does it matter at all to post a complaint here?

King solomon is an accredited Casino and therefor "They must adhere to their own Terms and Conditions."

I don't think they have in this case. I lived up to my part of the terms by depositing and risking money.

They on the other hand did not send the the bonus offer as promised. There terms states that the "bonusoffer will be sent". But it wasn't.

It must be easy to have a casino when you can promise players bonusmoney that you simply don't intend to pay. How can you trust a casino that operates this way?

I cant see how King Solomon can be an accredited Casino.

    Ning,

    Hold on there.

Unfortunately this is a real bad time to have a problem with an online casino and it is going to take some time to get things taken care of.

There is ICE and CAP EURO and on top of all that most of the US online casino business is crumbling to dust.

Now please don't get wrong here, your problem is important.
However everyone that is able to help you are currently very busy with other matters.

I suggest you PAB (Pitch a Bitch) here at CasinoMeister and When Bryan gets back from ICE, I am sure he will try to help you.

    How to PAB

Ning i looked at the issue with the Casino and it appears that you are very selective as to the portions that you publish on the forum

This is what it states on How to claim the reload bonus :

    How to claim your bonus:

Every month King Solomons gives you the
opportunity to raid its Gold Mine.

To qualify for this fantastic offer on a monthly
    basis is very easy.

Make £200 in purchases during the month and we will email you with the 100% Reload Bonus offer in the 1st week of the next month.

King Solomons - The Wisest of Casinos.

    Terms and Conditions:

The offer is only valid to whom it was sent.
The offer is a buy get promotion and you will receive a 100% bonus on your next deposit.
The offer will be sent to you via email within the first week of each new month.
The offer is only valid 7 days after the date it was sent.
Offer only valid for play on Slots and Keno. Standard wagering conditions apply.
Play on any other games prior to meeting wagering conditions will void all winnings and the account will be reset to the original purchase and bonus amount.
I have asked the Casino to clarify the Terms and Conditions and they stated that they would do so in regards to who can claim the bonus.

    Regards
    Greg

Even this does not add anything. The expanded terms still say "deposit £200 during the month and we WILL send ......"

There is nothing to suggest anything other than ALL players who deposit £200 or more being eligible. The complaint was that the E-mail was not sent, so it was impossible to claim the bonus as a code is needed.

If there are additional criteria in addition to depositing £200 or more the previous month, they are not quoted in either the original comlaint or in the full terms quoted by GrandAcesGeisha.
We are all told "you should have read the T & C" when something goes wrong, but the casinos should ensure that the T & C are fully representative.

I note that some King Solomons coupons say they are available on "all games". This is a corruption of the English word "all", as the dictionary definition would imply that there would be no exclusions. In fact, these "all games" coupons have an enormous list of exclusions, and allow little more than the slots & keno games, leaving almost half the games still invalid.
Use of misleading language like this in order to lure punters in by toning down the true position does not help matters when it comes to the trust players need to have in the casino. Unless a coupon really DOES cover all games, such as at Microgaming EZBonus casinos, the use of "all" to describe the offer should not be used, and an alternative, such as "most games" should be used ("most games" would indicate that there were still exclusions, and that a list needed to be looked for).

I made deposits last month about $ 2,000 and never got any 100% coupon *lol*

But it's okay for me, because if you win and want to make a withdrawal, they will only waste your time and doesn't withdraw your money soon.

You have to wait 5 days or mabye longer?

But it's probably their practice, because the same happens on their support, if i ask them soemthing, i only got a simple standard mail without the real answer, but i didn't askt hem again, because i must always wait a minimum of 7 days, to get an answer from the very bad support and this really sucks!

Yes i know, that i must be very stupid, because i have not learn from them in the past, but now their service is much bader and when i make a moneybookers deposit, it takes always 2 working days, to get this money in my account, so i'll never play there again, that's now true!

    Time to move on then.
I stopped receiving ANYTHING all of a sudden, and never saw the monthly coupon more than once or twice, certainly not every time I qualified.
CS was not too hot, sometimes they could find no record of my account, the chat system didn't work properly, and E-mail was often problematic.
Although KS was one of the few RTGs to work in British Pounds, there were so few takers that the random jackpots hardly ever went beyond the £1000 to £2000 range.
From recent postings it seems things have got worse since they took on the Windows group to try to turn them around.
Maybe they have taken on too mach too fast, and have neglected their former players from the original three casinos.
