I will be calling you or your casino today and closing both accounts, the alljackpots and allslots. I have been having the bonus problems now for close to 2 months at your casino. I would also like to add that I finally did get the 25 free spins on the Harvey game yesterday. That is a week later (and about 20 calls to your casino) then I was suppose to get it and if that was not upsetting enough, I was shocked to see how the 25 free spins worked.

As most know who play Harveys, the lowest bet is 5.00 dollars a spin.They programmed the free spins at a penny a line meaning the free spins were 25 cents a hand. It was sickening.I even got the 2 champagne bottles for extra free spins but at 25 cents a spin you walk away with nothing.This was not what I expected and will certainly never play there again.

The free spins that I received this weekend were 5 cents per line with 25 lines.... $1.25 per bet. That's the bet size I use most often in real mode, so I am satisfied. This is a pleasant change after Belle Rock and Villento, both of which gave free spins with too small a bet size to be appealing to me.

I think you need to deposit & play pretty big (double digit$ bets/spins). the best time would be during one of the scoreboard promotions with $2000+ top prize. The early ones had something of a design error, which enabled me to win quite a few of them. Their CS knew what was happening, but it took a few experiments for them to design a non-exploitable format, one they now seem happy with. Unlike a "rogue", they paid out, but made changes to future competitions. One "exploit" was fixed the first week it was discovered, by banning Blackjack payouts from scoring - stupidly high scores indicated a number of players had worked it out, but one had to be really brave, as it involved betting $250 per hand at Blackjack!!!!!!! (You can bet THEY all got booted upstairs to the VIP lounge after those bets!)

I do not post much, and I did a very long reply with alot of detail but somehow my post "timed out or something and I lost it" To cut to the chase I always have problems with Jackpot Factory crediting bonuses. I rarely deposit there because of that. They sent me an email offering me 50% on my deposits up to a certain amount and it would be credited on Jan 15th. I probably called 5 times, got 4 different answers and they all said the same thing. "technical issues with microgaming" well Im sorry but I dont have these issues at the other microgaming casinos...so it is a bit hard to swallow. I do not have a problem getting my bonuses credited at other microgaming casinos. I hear such great things in the forums about them but over the years I have never experienced that. Most people have a standard of what is important to them. Fast cashout, being able to contact immediately, etc...Well my standard is bonuses being credited yesterday. Thats my measure of where I deposit. Villento is great. I deposit, send an email thru the casino software and its credited in minutes.

Good point, One thing that Jackpot Factory excel at is having loads of technical issues. This is made worse by ongoing problems with ignored E-mails. I have had occasions where automatic crediting of bonuses has failed, and I often have to phone them because E-mails are not working. If I am not in a hurry it doesn't matter, but if I want to use a bonus in promotion that day it does! I am more concerned about speed of cash-ins though, problems here affect my ability to play promotions at other casinos.
Sometimes, bonuses are credited at 6PM EST on the day quoted, so it can be misleading to think of it being credited during the day. Any problem usually means it takes until the day after for it to appear in the account.
Best results are from depositing roughly mid way through the timespan of a promotion. A large number of my problems were the result of depositing soon after the promotion became active, or in the final couple of hours.

Right now the withdrawal methods they are offering won't work with me. Also I see to many conflicting stories about what can be used and to many problems with JF and I don't do well with drama and being that I am lazy it seems like to much work. I know it changes on a dime. I can't even see depositing at my favorite at the moment which is Villento. The idea that I cant cash out isnt that appealing even with my odds of actually doing that would be in the range of slim and none. . I have defective software that has no cash out button. But! Just in case I figure it out? I want to be able to do that. There seems to be to many casinos that wont issue a check right now..So I am sticking with my microgamings that do issue a check.

. I don't know if i 'buy' their story about techinical issues. My gut tells me that since the support rep isnt allowed to credit the bonuses and only the promotions dept is ..I believe that whoever is suppose to pull the switch or button to get these things taken care of isnt doing their job or failed to come in. If it truly was a techical issue you wouldnt always have to wait till the next day when the promotions dept comes in..To me this parallels the situation that they werent minding the store before and really and so nothing has changed. I get my bonuses from other microgaming software...almost to the minute of when it is suppose to come..well lets say within 5 minutes and it NEVER fails...I know exactly when Splendido is creditiing and Roxy.. There is never a techinical issue. Same software.

You are very mistaken. The lowest bet on harveys slot is not $5.00. Geez, I never bet that much.

Check again, and start with the amount set at .01/line bet.

Yet another tech issue with JF. I deposited yesterday for my VIP 300 credit bonus. I built up my required deposits through the day to £2000, but for some strange reason, one of the deposits was ignored by the bonus system, but subsequent deposits got the bonus within 20 minutes as per usual. As a final test, I added an extra £300, and lo and behold the missing bonus came along based on that last deposit. This is clear evidence that the nature of the technical issue is the system is sometimes failing to pick up that a deposit has been made for a particular automated bonus.
Perhaps they need to change to a user based claiming system such as that used by Villento or Palace Group. It would be no good asking for claims by E-mail due to the constant problems.
