Thanks chaps, he had no issues come Monday afternoon, think the issue seemed to be stock answers from weekend support staff, then when security turns up on a Monday morning all was well.

HI, Spin Palace Rep. So pleased you've arrived to answer questions. I know that this is a slight derail so please forgive me and bear w/me whilst i make mention of a spin palace issue i wanted answers to nearly 1-year ago.

I had won about £1,500 or so and made my w/d and no less an hour or so later i was called at home by a Spin Palace rep who identified himself as Dan.

Now Dan said he was a manager at Spin Palace and he went on to say that if i were to reverse w/d my winnings he would credit me with some funky bonus or other but my automatic reply was a resounding 'no'! Furthermore, i was just starting dinner and i was very busy but Dan asked yet again, and again, i politely said no thanks and even told him i was preparing dinner and i did not appreaciate being called at home trying to be enticed to r/wd my winnings.

Anyways, about a month or so later i won again another smallish amount around £1,000 or so and no more than 2-hours later Dan calls me at home and offers me another bonus if i reverse w/d. Of course my auto response was 'no'! but this time i was very irate and told him to never ever call me at home as i even reminded him about the first time.

I came on the forum and informed others about this. No Spin Palace rep replied here on the forum? So i suppose my question to you is: is this a common practice for Spin Palace reps to call players at home to try and entice them to r/wd? I mean if the call from dan had been account related or something i suppose i would of understood but to call not once, but twice, to entice a reverse/wd seems downright tacky and desperate.

Since those incidents i stopped depositing with Spin Palace Group, and as time went on, i noticed more complaints about the Palace Group and other accredited casinos as well and it was a defining moment for me to finally stop playing online because of so many issues people were having at that time. I still come and veiw the forum and see mostly the same sort of complaints etc. Trust in 'where' and 'what' game/s one plays is of the utmost importance! Since then i have returned to play at land-based casinos just like i use to do before i experimented with online. I know well most of the casino staff and managers and there's never an issue with land-based and i get comps with no restrictions and there's never any software issues i;e, error code 0, lag spins, frozen screen. Best of all is when i win i get paid in cash straight away and no casino manager would ever dare call me at home trying to get their £££ back cos they have far more class and taste than the online industry.

    Thanks!

As stated, sorry about the derail but i feel for the player who was mislead and thought that there's some importance perhaps to post this so as to inform others to some of the online casino practices(bad habits).

Yes, and at a few other casinos too. It has become increasingly common. However, if they are told "don't call me again" they shoudn't.
