Please PM me and I'll take care of it asap. It is an exclusive bonus, and if you did not use the provided link, or if you altered it in any way, you would not have been credited. I too got hit by this scam, is there anything I can do to get this bonus or is this a no win scam?

I signed up for this a couple weeks ago and received the bonus instantly with no problem.
The only thing I can think of that might have prevented you from getting the bonus is if you first visited the web site of an affiliate of Casino King, and that web site either opened a popup of, or displayed an advertisement for, Casino King's web site. Then at a later date you visited GamesAndCasino.com, but the cookie from the first site was still in place and essentially "dominated" Dominique's cookie and made it appear to Casino King staff that you didn't sign up through GamesAndCasino.com.
