Need a Grand Prive Group Rep - They Stole My Money!!

Afternoon all,

As stated above, avoid the Grand Prive group (Jupiter Club, etc..) like the plague.

They have stolen my deposit, any reps for the group on this board?

This lot have problems.

Did you obey all the Terms & Conditions?

They should return your deposit at least if they consider your wagers to be void. They have had a lot of problems in honouring bonuses, they have been rogued due to an issue related to an underage player being able to play for some time before getting caught only when they eventually had a big win.

Terms for UK Players are different (as in much worse) from those elsewhere in the world. On this basis alone, UK Players should boycott this group.
They also trick UK players by not making it completely clear they are not wanted, by using two different terms that support each other in freezing out all UK Nationals from taking part in ANYTHING on offer at the casino. It is easy to spot one, and obey it, only to be had by the other as a result of being British. US players are also affected, but the terms add positively for them, rather than negatively for the British.

There is no Grand Prive rep on board here, not that I know of. You can file a complaint with eCOGRA, as they are eCOGRA seal holders. Some more info posted here would be good, as opposed to just saying they stole my money. How did they steal it? Were you denied a bonus? Can you provide us with some details? Maybe someone here can offer some advice.

Sounds like you guys know the routine, unfortunately I didnt.

Made a deposit to Jupiter Club - UK player who plays in US dollars at a variety of casinos - Played through the deposit value as stated in order to get the bonus, rang them to confirm when the bonus will arrive......and then.......

'Sorry Sir, we're closing your account, and your not getting your bonus because UK players can not play in dollars anymore, nor can they claim any bonuses from Grand Prive, we're not doing a refund or transferring this bonus into a pound account, go away!!'

Rogue them like the money stealing idiots they are, and avoid like the plague!!

When I spoke to the Support Manager over the phone, they told me they would not give me my money back.

Grand Prive certainly is stubborn when it comes to making changes so that their terms are clearly understood.

Flyer, did they really send you a note saying: "Go away!"?

that sounds rather unprofessional. I usually only get that after the 3rd time I approach a gal at the bar.
