Important info about Casino Classic
As I am new here, I apologize if this complaint has been posted before.
To begin, I'd like to say that Casino Classic did not explicitly violate any of their terms and conditions, and I probably could have avoided this situation by contacting the casino with questions before depositing. That being said, I still believe that Casino Classic should be more up front about their terms and conditions. I am relatively new to online gambling and I played at Casino Classic because their "500 free" promotion sounded appealing. I won money at the promotion and made a real money deposit to transfer my winnings from the 500 free promotion. I played for a while but eventually busted out. A few days later I made a second deposit. There was no bonus associated with this deposit. I played for a while and tried to cash out a few days later. The money was returned to my account without explanation. I tried again and the same thing happened. After 2 unanswered emails, I was finally told that the wagering requirements from my bonus carried over and that I would need to wager over 4000 dollars (!) before cashing out. I think it is very important for new players to know that the wagering carries over. If you bust out with the sign up bonus, you should, in my opinion, never play at this casino again. (Why make a bonus-free deposit with potentially huge wagering requirements when there are dozens of other casinos you can make a bonus-free deposit at and have no wagering requirements). Learn from my mistake. From now on I will stick to casinos on the Casinomeister's accredited list. |

casino classic $500.00 is a scam
I also played the $500.00 free at casino classic after receiving a disc in the mail. It did'nt state any terms. After playing for an hour i was up $900.00That's when they said i would need to make a deposit of $20.00 to receive my $900.00.I deposited $30.00 and i received $200.00 in bonus money that i couldnt withdrawal. What happened to the $900.00 of real money. I contacted online help and they sent me some terms which arent on the disc or the letter. Then they blocked my account. Nice scam. This was my last online gaming experience. I will stick with Atlantic city and Vegas.

Isn't Casino Classic the one that stopped paying its players last year, and got bought out by Casino Rewards?
Either way, I don't see anything in their T&C's that says they carry over WR's. Quote:
But it's possible I missed it somewhere. |

Well, I think they are using that system where you can withdraw at any time now. That $500 play is limited to anything over $500 can be carried over to bonus account up to $200. In essence the maximum you can get from the free play is $200 BONUS money to play with. Like a sticky. I believe once in the bonus account, anything you make over $200 will go into the cash balance. The option of being able to withdraw at any time is always good.

This one was my fault. I played the free $500 and had about $800 when it was all said and done. I did know that all that could be transferred was $200 but I didnt bother to check their deposit methods!
They did not have Instadebit so I could not claim the money . |

Not necessarily disreputable
This $200 max seems to be the same from all the casinos running it. I am getting the impression that the "special lobby" has rather loose games to ensure many players have an amount to transfer. $200 for a $20 deposit is actually a pretty good bonus. The new system there is the EZBonus, it is not sticky, but earned slowly through play. The new system also does not allow for the setting of the "excluded games" trap, although Casino Rewards have not allowed the standard 2% weighting for All Aces VP, but have stated wagering is 0% and no loyalty points are awarded.
Casino Rewards also have another term, translated this means that you cannot take two consecutive sign up offers, you must make at least one intervening deposit at an existing account. Penalty is a locked rewards account. Since they are on GoneGambling, I have ressurrected some 2 year old accounts and made SMALL deposits. Funnily enough, my Yukon Gold $10 was deposited straight to the account in under a day, faster even than Fortune Lounge! I also have the advantage of having been "booted upstairs" to Elite VIP status (they have seen the records from my Aztec Riches and Phoenician accounts). While they might mess with a newbie, as I once was, they may be more polite to someone that appears to have action worth $1000's in the hope they will get some of it (they have, actually, $100 ). I have also received a reply from a supervisor, who explained the reasons for the lack of live chat and phone service. They have been "caught napping" and CS have buckled under the strain. They are trying to train more staff. If they really want to impress though, they will put back the rep on here. Although they are generally a pain, many players seem to have few problems with them, and a few players have many. I am a long way off recommending any of their casinos though, I'll see how well they handle cash-ins.

I still have accts with BJB and Emperor's... and over a hundred bucks locked up in their silly rewards program. I wonder if it's worth it to go back and try to get them to release some of it.

I wonder if we have any data on how well these free play are paying. I've had a high ratio of massive wins on freeplay, relative to real casino play but I just wrote it off as coincidense.

Casino Classic
I will be trying this one shortly.
I will be taking care not to trip up on the sneaky term (see above). It's this one, neatly buried:- * In the event that you have not made a deposit at this or any other Casino Rewards member casino, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the Casino Rewards network, regardless of the individual casino offering the sign up bonus. In plainer English, this means that the system will lock the rewards account if you take two consecutive new account deals without making a deposit in between to an account you already have. This trip seems to happen when you violate it and WIN, tripping on the cash-out. There is no reason why this "intervening deposit" need be greater than the min, although $50 might be better. Play through once or twice, preferrably in one of the promos for VIP points, and then withdrawn without bonuses. After this, sign up, check that rewards account is still unlocked, and get the bonus. They are being really polite to me now, and ANSWERING EMAILS ON THE SAME DAY!!!!! Perhaps I should start a new competition, guess the date when Casino Rewards lock my rewards account again. If they don't for a year or two, I might consider them "less disreputable", and they can leave my own personal Rogue Pit, leaving poor old Warren on his own!
