I wish you luck but it doesn't sound like they're going to pay, no matter how relentless you are.
I did enjoy how you maintained a highly professional tone throughout the entire chain of emails. It's unfortunate that you weren't dealing with professionals at the other end. I think this is why the Casinomeister recommends avoiding playing at places "licensed" in Costa Rica. I took the liberty of researching the various criteria needed to become licensed in Costa Rica:

I just went to their site and clicked the live chat button to ask them if they wanted to respond to this thread.
Live Chat was off. So I left a message. It doesn't surprise me that your live chat is off after reading the thread about this site on casinomeister forums. You should read it and respond if your an honest site. http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...vice-ever.html

Bingoisus
This is their motto and claim to fame.."the way bingo should be".
Maybe....... in Costa Rica where the rules for licensing are as loose and flexible as a 2 bit flesh peddler. I would advise you to follow up and send all pertinent information to any authorities and licensing agencies that have even the least interest in their antics. Although this may accomplish nothing more than a bit of closure and affirm your intentions as an acuality, it is a justified and honorable act that may serve as an alert to other players and gaming councils. Apparently, Mr. Preston alternates from being an expert on grammar and spelling to a "poor Costa Rican boy" with deficient english skills. This is a chameleon site that appropriates useful devices and trickery to steal from anyone naive or trusting enough to believe the "spam hype" and wander in there like the fly to the spiders web. If this is all conjecture and groundless allegations, Mr.Preston should justify his intentions and honor this forum and Mr. Kenny with some documentation and evidence that his representations and words are credible..not INCREDIBLE! |

I feel bad for having so much fun reading those emails! I'm sorry you'll probably never see your money, but I think you should keep fighting anyway!!!!

Nice one, hobbithumper!
What a fun for $50 =) Looks like Bingoisus.com is a home-based scam company, too unprofessional... P.S. Sorry for my bad English =) |

When sites rip me off they usually don't answer my emails, "old" G2G, PokerEon, USDbet, and Lucky Hog. There is one exception Pit Bull. The Operations Manager, Jordan Nixon, said she would help me by keeping my winnings and she did. That's kept my winnings. She did give me some hog wash but nothing like you got. I can't understand why they were willing to give you your deposit back but then again that's what Pit Bull did for / to me. They may be located in Costa Rica but they maybe licensed in another country. Pit Bull is located in Panama but is licensed in the U.K. I filed a complaint againist them in the U.K. I also pitched a bitch here.
As a poor side note, I enjoyed reading your post and wish I had your writing skills. I think you did a good job replying and your logic was great. |

I took the liberty of emailing bingoisus.com with the following message followed by a paste-up of your entire email exchange with them. Made me feel good too! :
Dear cheap, chiseling liars and fat-mouths: The following exchange has been published on one of the most prestigious and widely subscribed to gaming forums on the web. From there it is being pasted to every other known gaming forum in the known universe. But GEE, give yourselves a big PAT ON THE BACK, you welshing scumbags, for saving a whopping $475.88 AND for getting TONS of FREE PUBLICITY! It is estimated that the following exchange could be viewed by as many as 28 million, active, online and land based gamblers!!! CONGRATULATIONS DICKHEADS! You have aided us in saving potentially THOUSANDS of unwary online gamers from being BILKED by YOU! The following is an actual exchange of email between bingoisus.com, a particularly vile band of organized web scammers, and Chris K, an unsuspecting bingo fan who just wanted to try his luck: |
