It is for breakstone to know/say why the offer from Malci was not taken up, but maybe he/She didn't want to hand over personal details to what looks like a "third party" who has just come on board offering to help.
This aside, it should not even be necessary for Malci to intervene were this a well run, and not rogued, outfit. Normal CS should have dealt with this effectively. The rep for a top notch operation should have little work put there way, and should be here for general discussion or feedback.
This is where the "Mondays only" policy falls down, if the CS are not efficient enough to get everything in place before the cut out, they have to anger the player by telling them that their minor delay means a major 7 day delay for the player. With other groups, a delay would just mean getting paid on the Tuesday, rather than the Monday. The vast majority of sites process payments 5 days a week, and some process at weekends.
Given that Winward is an internet based operation, I fail to see why they operate to the straitjacket of Monday only payment processing that one might find in a more backward pen & paper based organisation.
