Bingo CAFE MOVING THE GOAL POSTS!!!!

Hi all thought i'd warn you about the tricks that bingo cafe have been up to.
i opened an account with them and so did my wife no problems. then when i started to play the sundayspin to get a tenner for doing 50 spins got my account closed and �30 of my own money taken with rude email's from grant@bingocafe.co.uk

What happened was this. i put in 10 to play and maneged to matain this after i got a free �10 from them for doing the sunday spin. so i put �20 in to make p the minimum withdrawal and then i had my account closed down. with my �30. and the �10 bonus. i got an email telling me i had not met the WR and the funds had been returned to my account. which i knew was already closed. as i got an email.

their T&C's state (i read them after) (my fault i know) that if 2 people from the same house have an accoutn they will close the one with the least activity. so my wife tried her's and closed also. this came the day after she had won 2nd place in the ammount of spins made for a prize of �30.

I have emailed this chap Grant@bingocafe.co.uk after only i got the email tellingme i had committed fraud and said that they can keep the bonus but i want the cash that i paid in and didnt play back..

just thought i'd warn people that they are not as good as they like to make out..... Lewt

this is the wife. wanted to reply and add that when i tried to sign up i was asked to put that i was from somewhere else besides the US to be able to play. this definately is not an honest site.

that sounds about right. did she get a payout of did they keep that too?

definitely not, they keep saying they will pay and they haven't for 2 months+!

just my 2 cents was a member had accumulated 1100 in bonus bucks was playing conservativly because of dep issues with no warning my acct was closed because i live in the u s . they have great software nothing else i found comes close but they are very deceptive and underhanded i would reccomend avoiding them.
