Dear Meister, I Wrote to you a while back but i have recieved no reply,
I am a small private label affiliate and it has recently come to my attention that i am being ripped off. my account is always in the negative, and the reason i recieve is this "player won and failed to send online check" and other reasons like this. After i have spent much on marketing and the building of the site, i find this very frustrating. I Strongly believe that their system is: if a player deposits 200$ and looses it to the house; and he fails to pay or causes a charge back then they will hold this whole amount as a negative to the affiliate. Is this acceptable practice??? (the caisno has not lost $200 but they have not recieved it) the casino i am affiliated with is windowscasino.com and i am very disillusioned now. i am thinking of starting over with bethedealer.com but i wonder whether they are related to windows casino.
Can you give me some advice or info please.
    thanks

    Hi Ashlar9,

    And welcome to the forum.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I've been out of town for a few weeks.

Windows casino is a tricky group to deal with; if you end up having a problem with them, you're pretty much up shit creek without a paddle. Now for having an affiliate account in the minus, this is easy, your players are winning at the casino and perhaps the casino is not zeroing your account out at the end of the month. This is a possibility.

As for bethedealer, you can read up on them a bit here: http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/bethedealer.html and I would recommend checking into Gambling Federation as well. http://www.gamblingfederation.com
