I run sportsbetz.net and can't understand why we are listed in you Rogue Casino list. If you had taken the time to look at our sportsbook you would have noticed that we have not taken clients off the web for over a year! Our company runs a sportsbook in Belize with pre-arranged customers from all over North America.

We employee 40 persons in Data Pro free zone in Belize and have been operating for some time now.

The most amazing thing about us being in your BS list is that we don't run a casino....only sportsbook.

Try putting your money where your mouth is. Find one customer that has bet through us and has not been paid and I will gladdly close down the website. If not, please take our website off your list.

    Hi Rick,

And welcome to the forum. The reason why sportsbets.net was listed in the "Rogue" section is because your website was being served from the same server that runs Elka System software (now Oyster Gaming). This software has been known to cheat players, and since your casino/sportsbook was associated with them, I was obliged to warn my visitors. If this is in error, I'll be glad to remove you from the section.

And this has nothing to do with not paying customers; this has to do with cheating software.

I know this may have miffed you a bit, but don't come here challenging my integrity.

Oh and since you now have my attention, what relationship does your company have with Elka Systems/Oyster Gaming? Please let me know. Thanks!

Anyway Rick emailed me the following. I'm unsure why he didn't post this. But I'll do him the favor, so this isn't hanging out there without a response:

We have no relationship with their company concerning any ecash services,
spam, or not paying customers. We have helped them with their sportsbook
development to create one of the best sportsbook software programs out
their. For the past year we have also shared server space with them because
they hosted in the UK and our gaming license was not approved. We are now
setup in Belize and will start marketing and development on our own.

There is a big difference between us and many other operations. A call
center! All other so called "rogue" companies will never invest in a gaming
license and callcenter to scam it clients. They will just keep changing the
name of their website every couple of months.

As far as things go with 2k services business practices, its their business.
If they want to screw people let them sink, its of no concern to our
company. When we finish with our sportsbook a full test of the casino
software will come next. From what I have seen in the industry every
software is capable of fixing wins and losses. Its up to the casino to make
sure there is no funny business happening with payout odds.

he first thing a gambler should do is confirm that the casino or sportsbook
they are wagering with is fully licensed and has a location in the country
of licensing not just an on site server. If some of the people who frequent
your site would have done that, they might have realized that all of 2k
services casino's are operating without a license. This goes for most of the
    casino's and sportsbooks out their.

And I think it's a little naive to believe that a call center is a telltale sign of a scamless operation. The Virtual Casino group has a call center and they are one of the most despicable casino groups out there.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you are scamming any one, but I am pointing out the fact that your website is hosted on the same server that hosts Elka System/Oyster Gaming casinos.
    http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/elkasys.html

Why? Can you not afford your own server? I am a one man operation and I have my own server

    What's up with that?

I dont see any server relationship with 2kservices now! Our domain is still listed in the rogue casino section eventhough we dont take signups and therefore have never had a complaint. I will now start posting on every watchdog site that this site is spreading bullshit about us for no reason unless we are removed from your list!

    Hi Rick,

You know, I ought to double blacklist your site for the offense of actions unbecoming of a casino manager. Your tact and communication skills leave much to be desired. I could set up a special section just for you to warn players that you don't have the ability to answer direct questions about your dodgy business. My decision stands on the fact that you share server space with a rogue software provider.

And what's up with the server? I have my own server. Why don't you??

What I did (and what anyone else do for that matter) is do a reverse IP search here. http://www.whois.sc/members/reverse-ip.html
Sure you may have an IP address of 63.245.47.67, but if you do a reverse IP search on oystergaming.com, you'll see it will list all the domains listed on their server, to include yours. You have your own IP address, but you share a server with oystergaming.

Again back to square one. My question to you, what is the specific relationship with oystergaming, and if you have no relationship with them, why are you hosted on their server?? I believe this is a fair enough question to ask.

This guy is a clown as well as an aggressive BS artist. But he is BUSTED!

He clearly doesn't know too much about the business and that, allied to his attempted lies should be enough to warn everyone.

    Definitely a rogue, Bryan!
