i have pm'd the rep here and have not heard from them.

how long should i wait for them to reply before continuing?

they got that meeting going on in London the ICE thing if its a accredited casino id pm maxd when he gets back maybe the rep is there also pouring them down i hope all works out

I think I agree with Rockycatt. I don't know when you contacted them, but I would think an acknowledgement of your problem, if not a solution, should happen within a week. I'd PM and/or send an email again too.

But given that ICE is going on and nothing would happen with a PAB, I suggest until Feb 2nd.

As posted above - all the mods are here in London, first for ICE (Tues-Thurs) and then for LAC (Fri-Sun), so you have until at least Monday before any of them are going to be fully "back in the saddle"... not to mention, sober!

Depending on which casino it is, might want to PAB here first. Sometimes Max can work wonders without too much effort. Might just need to give the casino a little jab with a sharp stick.
